Don't go here for a cookie cake unless you want serious mediocre decorating. One pic is from 2 years ago, the other picture is from today. Lady at the store said they have a new manager that doesn't decorate well and it is extremely apparent. I'm not giving one star because the cookies here always good.
Letting the little screamers go overboard this weekend! We went to the Nestle Cafe after Grimaldi’s tonight. The best thing about these cones is that they dip the cone in hot fudge right before they pile in the ice cream. It’s still warm when you take your first lick! They made #nationalicecreamconeday special
Delicious!! I had the cookie creamers. I loved to sit outside and feel the ambiance.
The BEST icecream! Much better than marble slab and I love how cookie dough already has the chunks inside of it and they give reasonable size scoops, which I enjoy. I highly recommend trying this place because the workers even freshly make the cones as well. It is so delicious!
No complaints about the store, yummy treats, customer service is fine. Not too easy to spot, also parking in the garage might be the great option lot of times. Love the walkways in waterway, eating the tastiest ice cream, cookies and other desserts from Nestle and walking down waterway is really nice, especially if the weather is good!
Service is wonderful here, with a delightful eating areas both inside and outside. Nestle Toll House shops used to be my favorite. But for some reason, the quality of the cookies has taken a nose-dive! The last two visits we have found the cookies not to have the wonderful, fresh taste that Nestle Toll House cookies traditionally have. If the cookies are not great, there is no reason to waste our money!
I won't be too critical since I haven't actually eaten dessert here, but their regular coffee is disappointing. It's just not very good, and to top it off they only have Nestle Coffeemate creamer sitting out. Plain and French vanilla shelf stable junk with no sign of milk or half and half. They've also stopped serving savory foods like crepes and sandwiches. An employee said they would be introducing new non-sweet items so we'll have to see when/if that happens.
we came here and bought some ice cream. And while the kids were eating we noticed bubbles on the chocolate dipped cone.And it looked like it was rotten chocolate. My mom tasted it and it tasted like CLEANERS!!!! I’m warning y’all to check your cones at this location. And plus they got both of our drinks wrong and charged us extra. Bad overall experience.
Ordered a small strawberry banana smoothie, they had 2 bananas and both were completely brown. Smoothie ended up tasting super bland and left a terrible taste in my mouth. Also there was a breach of covid restrictions while I was there. Not coming back until pandemic is over.
Website info needs to be updated. They say open till 10pm on here but really are only open till 9pm. I took the family to this location and upon entering the store the cashier says that they close at 9pm and that she won’t serve us even though there are 5 other customers in line waiting to order. I showed her that online they had the wrong hours and she apologized. At that moment I realized that it was still 8:57pm. I brought this to her attention as I feel that if they close at 9pm and it’s not 9pm that I should probably be served. She didn’t care and I asked to speak with her manager and she directed me to the website which doesn’t appear to have the managers info.
