Always clean always polite. Was pretty empty today so the pick order guy ordered to help me find the shoe I needed. Took him a sec and found it even though showed they didn’t have. Grateful he looked anyways. Super nice super friendly super sick tats especially the hot wheels one. Checked me out and was on my way. In and out, the way shopping should be.
I didn’t intend on stopping here but on my way out of the mall I seen they had a huge selection on tailored suits. I stopped by to check out the prices. They do have tailors that come in to have your suit tailored to you . The turnaround time was about 4- 5 weeks which was a bummer, but I loved the huge selection of colors and the fabric seemed to be on the lighter side which is perfect for the spring/ summer time. I got all of this information from the gentleman working in that department.
I found the store clean and well stocked, the staff friendly and helpful. The changing room was clean but stuffy and warm. Overall we had a pleasant experience shopping and left with several new items,
A great place to go if you know what you want and prefer no one to acknowledge you. All I needed was some advice for a gift for my wife. What I got was a bunch of workers so focused on putting back clothes and heading into the back room, I couldn’t find one person to help in my search. Know what you need and know where it is before coming here
Bing in the children’s department is WONDERFUL. She made my stressful stroller trip such a breeze! Using the text feature, she continued to help me after we left to give me time to think through the decision and even ordered for me to send to the house. Will definitely be back to her specifically for any other Nordstrom needs!
In one of my visits, I was introduced to luxury colognes, and now I own multiple. I went from smelling like everyone else to standing out in a crowd, and I can say that it feels great. For this, I want to thank and recommend Lauren and Paul, talk to them, and you'll be impressed with the outcome.
The other day this associate named Lizbeth helped me find the best outfit I’ve purchased this year. She had the best attitude and smile. Will definitely come back !!
Always a clean open space to shop. I think that they are very concious of trying to create a better shopping experience for the consumer. Prices are up there but the brands they stock are durable and high in quality. Sales staff is helpful without being pushy. Even the bathrooms are first class. They are truly in a league on their own. Highly recommend.
I will be returning to buy some products from NATALIA at Chanel. She did my makeup today & she SLAYED. I had a special situation.. I left an abusive situation this month & wasn’t able to take my makeup caboodle with me. I needed my makeup done for an important business meeting & didn’t know what to do. Macys turned me away & suggested Nordstroms. I’m glad they did. Bc I met this angel. NATALIA helped me relax. She reassured me. She helped me feel confident for this meeting. She explained what she was using & was just so pleasant. She was my guardian angle today. I am so grateful for her. Highly recommend NATALIA @ Chanel She deserves a raise. She is the best!!!
I enjoy coming to this store. I was assisted by a sales associate, Tania, who was very helpful and pleasant. The store does seem to be understaffed sometimes, hopefully they can bring in more associates.
