We went there for Valentine's day. It was a struggle getting a reservation. Facebook and voicemail has conflicting times. Anyway finally got a hold of someone. I asked if there was any specials. They said, 2 entrees, 2 side salads, and 2 drinks and 2 desserts for $25. Walked in and they did not have my reservation..lol. after a min they sat us. Restaurant has tacky decor. But we kept an open mind. Menu was pretty limited. A gyro is on the menu, strange..it's Greek and this is supposed to be an Italian restaurant . Anyway I ordered the Champagne mushroom chicken pasta dish. We got our salads after five min. Dressing wasn't very good. They put it on the salad. Needs more seasoning/flavor. Only a min after salads were set down, our entrees came. They need to time things better. Breadstick was nasty, tasted microwaved. I barely saw any mushrooms plus I'm not sure if they were fresh? The whole dish tasted not fresh, like they just warmed everything up. The sauce did not coat noodles well, it pooled at the very bottom of plate. I had to add tons of parm cheese to add flavor. The worst was the chicken. It was NOT good..dry, and had a weird aftertaste. It was gross. Then our desserts came. So sad! We could have sworn our waitress said choc covered strawberries plural. We got one! Lol. The Cannoli was only two inches! My husband orderd soda and it came in a bottle. They have a lot of work to do. Even olive garden does a better job..lol. They need to take a trip to Cossettas in Minneapolis to see how Italian food is made. We won't be back. Btw, we went dairy queen after. I'm sorry to say they won't make it unless they drastically fix the food.
We ate here for the first time tonight and it was so good! My husband and I were arguing about which was better - the crab ravioli or the sausage and peppers. Both dishes were hot, fresh and delicious! We will definitely return!
I dislike writing one star reviews. I avoid them, but The last 2 times we have ordered to go for lunch the food has been less than great, which is sad as it was phenomenal when they opened. The bread is no longer a soft Italian bread as itemized on their website but rather a hard non flavored breadstick. My Alfredo today was so dry I could stick a plastic fork in it and pick the whole clump up. The other 3 meals we got were not up to par either. Before writing a review I decided to reach out to the owner. The girl who answered the phone must have forgot to hit mute when she yelled some I happy person wants to talk to the owner. I was disappointed that the owner justified this by saying she will no longer puts cheese on her Alfredo so it won’t be hard anymore. It’s dry. It needs sauce. Then stated her bread distributer changed. If you advertise your bread is homemade why would that matter. A simple thanks for reaching out and I appreciate your feedback would have been fine. Anyways- was a loyal customer at least once a week. Probably won’t be back. A simple I’m sorry from the Owner would have gone along way on a $50 lunch take out order.
Best authentic Italian Beef sandwich this side of Chicago. Service is more fast-food than sit down restaurant. You order at the counter, pay and they give you a number. When your order is ready the cook brings it to your table. You do get metal dining ware, but it is wrapped in cheap paper napkins. They are still making the transition from food truck to "brick and mortar" restaurant.
Very good home-made Italian food, including some delightful salads. Service was friendly and efficient. My only real complaint about this restaurant would be that there is a limited selection of beverages, and no wine or beer, which would really round out a nice dinner at Netty Q's.
Extremely disappointed. Just got it for take out and was given 6 raviolis and 1 breadstick for $10! Portion sizes are terrible.
I normally do ironic reviews, but I don't fell like making one up but this place seriously has the best meatball sub I've ever tasted. The prices are fair, the food is cooked at a good pace, and the atmosphere is amazing.
Very dissatisfied. I received 5 ravioli and 1 bread stick for $12. The bread stick was very clearly microwaved. I will never eat there again and I recommend you avoid this place as well.
Food was very good but the portion sizes are far too small. Flavor of the dishes was wonderful but I definitely left hungry
Just had this at Summer Tuesday event in Stillwater. Fresh, wonderful flavor! Can't wait to have it again. I had what I think was called the Chummer's wrap. Really nice!
