I haven’t actually been to this doctors office but I have a upcoming appointment upon making my appointment I spoke with Rosa who was very polite and friendly she actually went out of her way to give me a sooner appointment and I really do appreciate that!!!!! I have to see what the doctor is like I haven’t been to my actual appointment yet
This would be a nice place if it wasn't for Maria in the phone front desk. Very rude no hello no nothing. Just what do you need and hangup. Fire her there are better people out there with customer service skills then her. Ignorance is bliss.
Idk about the other review. But whenever I’m there the whole staff treats me amazingly. I’ve been coming here for 7yrs. I used to have Dr.Lee now it’s Dr.Durani. The whole staff has become like family to me.
