After many years of suffering with MS & nightmarish experiences with neurology in Chattanooga, Dr Bear coming to Cleveland was a blessing I was a patient from day one and feel fortunate to have been under his care for the duration I did. He was kind, took his time with me and his staff was the best. The communication was great, so I always felt I had someone in my corner when things went array. That's something I had not experienced in my 20 yrs with MS. Peace of mind. They no longer take my insurance so I'm off to Knoxville, but the care I recieved, as long as I did, I'm very thankful for.
Service was quick and easy! No long waiting time but Dr was thorough and asked if I had any questions and explained to me in terms I could understand what he thought was the best for my treatment. Appointment could not have went any better from scheduling until end of the appointment
This was our first visit with Dr Bear, he is professional compassionate, showed empathy and concerned for our issues. Dr. Bear answered every question in great detail and ask questions about our history and what are the expectations for the future. He talked about in detail new treatment techniques and medications and the effects. We didn't feel rushed or intimidated. Dr. Bear has a "Bed-Side" manner that all doctors should have. The office was very clean. They were very helpful with getting me my medication that I had been without. Dr bear was a very kind and understanding man took time with me to understand what I was going through. The office workers listen to everything I talked to them about. Worked very hard to get things right and to help me with any paperwork that I had to get done. It was probably one of the best visits I had with a neurologist in a long time. I thank them all for the help that they gave me and their willingness to go the extra mile to help me out.
My Last visit to doctor bear's office was pleasant professional The doctors and the nurses was very courteous and helpful. It actually was a very pleasant visit. For a change visiting the doctor.
