Went here with my 18 year old daughter that is on medicaid. I was told once I got there that medicaid wouldn't pay for her to have a hearing test and it was going to cost me $80 and the dr wouldn't see her without it. I went to the parking lot and called medicaid and they told me they would cover it til age 21. Went back in told them what medicaid said and that they could verify through the provider number and they refused to call and verify. Will not use them for anything ever again!
Beware .... did a poor job on my surgery in my opinion and dr darby acted very stuck up during my visits after the surgery. Did not look or talk to me. Even have to file legal to get my money from down payments. All about the dollar!!!!!
I dont know about the other Doctors But Ortiz is only about the money. Misses obvious symptoms and obvious pollups and has patients do needless tests to make more money. My new ENT just shook his head in disbelief.
Dr. Marshal is an amazing dr. But Dr Ortiz is a very poor bed side manner dr. Hateful even! I can not recommend this institution because of him. I would recommend another specialist if possible
Staff was super knowledgeable and friendly and got surgery scheduled and everything went well. Would highly recommend them.
