John did an excellent job in evaluating my need and providing the best available solution. I bought the New Balance shoes and had them shipped to my home. I had a question about the shoes prior to their arrival and John was very caring and thorough in his response, assuring me that if the shoes didn’t work out that the return was simple and uncomplicated. The shoes arrived and unfortunately they were just a little bit off and didn’t address my foot’s abnormality. While returning the shoes, Tiera made the transaction so smooth and simple I felt guilty about returning them. ABSOLUTE WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BEGINNING TO END FROM BOTH JOHN AND TIERA! The best customer service around! I am a repeat customer, because the NB 1540s are the best there is for my needs! These shoes were suggested to me by a salesperson at this store, and I love them. I’ve even gone back for a second pair since! The knowledge and helpfulness of the people at this store is a welcome change from the expected lack of customer service that is the norm these days. I was looking for some court shoes pickleball. They had 4 choices and one in black my favorite. Combine a knowledgeable sales person and a good selection it was a quick trip for me.

It’s 11:51pm on Sept 1st. We walk into this location looking for a different color in the 9060s but not a single person spoke to us or asked if we needed help. So after 10ish mins we left. Could it be we were black and that’s why? Maybe? Or could it just be this location has bad service? Either way I’m not coming back.

Needed water resistant hiking shoes. I've had New Balance walking shoes for years. But, being cursed with size 15/16 shoes, I know stores don't carry that size in every style. While New Balance Dallas did not have my size no knock on them for that, the staff made it easy to ship out of town to me 2 pair of sizes for me to try. One of the sizes size 16 worked perfectly, and it was very easy to send the other pair back to get credit on my card. Great staff! Thanks for the perfect fit with shoe liners.
