I am severely disappointed in the shoddy quality and selection of the shoes at this outlet. I’ve purchased 4 pairs of shoes in 2023 and only 1 pair made it past a month without falling apart. I’ve had the heel go bad in one pair and another had the tongue start coming off on the right shoe. I spent good money on really, really bad shoes. Please don’t repeat my mistake. I’m going to Famous Footwear Now.

A true factory store, this place is hidden among industrial buildings rather than part of any mall or shopping complex. The staff is eager to help. Was pretty busy on a Summer Saturday. Deals better than a Footlocker but not blow you away good.

Went there for the first time yesterday. And bought 3 pairs of shoes. Great prices and hi quality shoes. Definitely will be recommending this place to all.

I have cerebral palsy witch has always made shoe shopping a undesirable exercise until I found this store. I told them about my past experiences at other stores and the things I need in a shoe. The manager brought me different styles of shoes to try then waited for me to get them on walk around the store and give feedback. THE BEST SHOES SHOPPING EXERCISE I HAVE EVER HAD!

Beware of this business. I advise you to pay close attention to your purchase. Make sure your shoe style matches the box otherwise, if you wish to make a exchange, they will not do it. Additionally, I strongly recommend that you try on both shoes before purchasing them. Sometimes one shoe is bigger than the other one. The shoes are great. The people working there, not so much.
