Spoke with Hope about some rental needs I had and she was more than helpful. Even responded to me outside of normal business hours. Even though they did not have exactly what I was looking for Hope was nothing but great at assisting me. Highly recommend her!!

Completely unprofessional service with this rental agency.  They had someone else move into my apartment when my rental contract wasn't up.  On top of that, my name was still on the account for utilities when someone else was residing there. I had realized someone else was living there when I showed up to my apartment after being gone for a week at 1am and the lights were on.  Whatever I had left in the apartment which was not much was thrown away.  When I called the rental agency the female who answered the phone was laughing at the circumstances.  They also tried to keep my security deposit and make me pay for the entire last month when someone else was living there!

Dishwasher went down 3 months ago and still getting the run around very unprofessional

Renters BEWARE!  I rented through this company for a year and a half and should of backed out the day I moved in. The agency was suppose to have the lock removed from the home the day I moved in and when I got to the home it was still on the door . After calling and sending out email after email hoping to FINALLY get through .One of the realtors responds 2 hours later and comes to the home to remove the lock. VERY CARELESS! Second issue I had with this company is when I moved out. I was sent the move out check list which NEVER stated the need to have to repaint anything in the home , all it stated was for them to be wiped down which I did  minus a few small pencil marks in my sons room. I knew that would of probably been deducted from my security deposit which was okay. So I receive my security deposit a month later with the break-down of charges and see that this company charged me $525 to paint the entire home. This is outrageous and when I called with questions regarding this the realtor claimed she would talk to the people who did the move out clean and obtain pictures and call me back. A week goes by and NO CALL BACK, I call them today and ask about the charges and pictures and she states" they didn't take any". This company to me seems to care less about  providing decent customer service. I would never rent through this agency again and strongly advise against it.

Poor response time to maintenance issues, they do not seem to care when issues are brought to their attention. Seem to want to pass the blame to the owner of the home, but after reading reviews posted here that just seems to be their norm. Would. It recommend renting from this company.

This is an edit to my previous review.  I have had a couple of things with this company that were not favorable.  I am rewriting to say that they were going to charge me for 8 days of rent where I wasn't even going to be here.  After talking with them and noting that I have been a decent Tennant with on time payments for going on three years they said they could work with me on that.  The fact that they are willing to and not just money grab changes my opinion of this business greatly.  There is room for improvement but one of the better LLC in new bern as they do listen and take things into consideration.
