I've been here as a customer and to work on computer equipment. The staff are friendly and know their stuff. If you need it for a sport, they likely have it and if they don't, they will get it for you. They do great screenprinting and embroidery work. They recently showed me some new full color screenprinting they can do and the results were great.
My husband has gotten a few things ordered from this shop and hasnt had a lot of postitive experience. I had the same experience upon ordering our childs school shirts from this store. What was supposed to take 2 weeks from the time of order I ordered the first day it opened up took almost 5 weeks, resulting in my child not having a shirt on the first day of school. I understand batch ordering, but don't promise something in 2 weeks if you can't deliver. Second, I ordered a new shirt offered from Port Authority. Since they didn't have one in the store I could have my child try on, I asked the lady there if the sizes ran the same. She told me they were exactly the same. So I ordered 4 of them. Upon getting them late, I took them out of the bag only to see they are WAY bigger than the regular knit shirts. Now my child is stuck wearing a tent to school. I am beyond unimpressed with this store. Our school said they do this to them every year, having the shirts shipped late. It's a shame there's not any competition.

Have dealt with this company several times for embroidery work. They have always delivered on time and staff are great to work with!

Terrible customer service.. 4 years now. I wish there was another place in town to order school shirts from.
