Quite, low space fees, an abundance of amenities and nice friendly community.

Beautiful community. It is a high end mobile home park with a gated entry. There is tennis, a pool, and lots of other options. Most homes have garages. Immaculate gardens. It is a senior park but I hear it is really expensive. I would love to live there.

This is the best place to live for older folks! It's very well maintained and the homes are beautiful! My mom lives there and is beyond happy there!

My In Laws have lived herr for about 6 years now and simply live it. Quiet and always kept very clean. My kids, their grandchildren, love visting them and love going around the park on small adventures. Very nice beautiful place to live. And security is top notch.

I have a friend who lives there. It's a very nice retirement community. The mobile homes are well maintained as are the grounds. There are two pools and there is good security.

New Frontier Community is a nicely kept, quiet place for seniors. I have family living there. They are quite involved in the community events and activities. I hear nothing but great things about it.

Lovely and welcoming environment and people
