I’ve been going to new health for 5 years and I love it! All of the staff are kind and caring and they create a very welcoming environment. They helped me lose my baby weight and more after my 3rd baby when nothing else was working and I would recommend reaching out if you’re having the same struggles.

Everyone that works there are super nice, professional and accommodating. I was in and out for my B12 injection in less than 15 min. I made another appointment!

I meet with Jamie on a monthly basis and she is wonderful at guiding me through everything that is happening with my body and the treatments I am using.  Jamie has the answers to my questions before I get to ask them and she keeps me so at ease that I enjoy our appointments.  The whole staff is helpful and sets a great example of health and kindness that make my visits the most positive experience of my week.

Jami is very knowledgeable and super helpful when I hit road blocks. The whole staff is friendly and I’ve learned so much and lost nearly 40 pounds in two months! It’s a great place to go to win at your weight loss goals!

The Data Doesn’t Lie!  I have struggled with my weight for decades. I have low thyroid and PCOS, conditions that lead to weight gain, insulin resistance, and high cholesterol; things that could spell disaster in my later years.  After gaining weight with Weight Watchers, I came to the conclusion I needed medical intervention. I wanted to lose 38 pounds before my 65th birthday. With the expert help of Dr. Griffith and his fantastic staff at New Health, I finally lost the weight that had been affecting my health. This is not an easy plan and requires your full attention, but with New Health, I really do have New Health!  I just went to my GP for my yearly physical, and my numbers are fantastic! My BMI went down 8%, while my cholesterol score dropped 55 points. Triglycerides went down 60 points, and my glucose dropped 30 points! My GP was very pleased and so am I!  I’ve maintained my current weight for over 6 months. I didn’t lose the weight to become a super model, but rather to have good health, and now I have it! Being a size 6/8 is also pretty fun!

Due to being on hormonal birth control for so long, it has been a nightmare losing weight. Even with healthier eating and regular exercise, I couldn’t ever lose more than 7-8lbs, which became very discouraging. With New Health I surpassed losing 10 lbs yesterday and I’m so amazed. I feel better and I can feel my confidence coming back. The staff is so friendly, they answered all of my questions and taught me how to do my own injection. I can't wait to see where I am in a few months.

Jamie is so compassionate and understanding.  I really appreciate not being looked down upon for being overweight.  She’s just the advocate I needed and she’s willing to help me try anything to achieve a new lifestyle that I can live with.

I have been very pleased with the care I've received through New Health. They have helped me learn how to properly meal plan, stay within a certain calorie count in order to see results. They are only a text message away with any questions I may have. I highly recommend them to help with your weight loss journey.
