New Hope Counseling

I had been seeing Jennifer at New Hope Counseling Center in Satellite Beach, Florida, for over 6 months, and everything seemed fine. Jennifer helped me through many tough spots, and I appreciated her for that. However, when I brought up financial concerns about the fees, Jennifer was dismissive. She suggested making appointments only as I needed them instead of recurring ones, and I considered the possibility, but left the session feeling uneasy despite her kind words. Something about her response didn't align with our previous interactions, and it left me with an sense of unease. The very next day, I received a text message from Jennifer telling me I'm no longer allowed to contact her. No explanation, nothing. After such a long relationship and positive words from her, this sudden change left me feeling like just a paycheck to her. I felt very betrayed and hurt, especially coming from someone who was meant to help me. Other reviews praise the center, but my experience with Jennifer was not what I expected. If you're considering New Hope Counseling Center, perhaps your experience will be different. But for me, something didn't feel right, and I'm left hoping others don't have to go through what I did.

Absolutely love this place! I’ve been seeing Miss Jennifer for I think 4 years, and every time I talk to her I feel relieved and sane. She listens and cares and is nonjudgmental. She has been a huge blessing on my life. And miss Annette is very good at her job. I sometimes make appointments with her and every time she makes it simple and easy. I usually get anxiety making appointments, but it’s truly never been an issue. I love this place it’s very calming. One more thing Miss Jennifer’s office is such an amazing vibe. I have been going there for a little more than two years now. They're extremely nice and know how to respect boundaries and won't force you to open up. They aren't disrespectful and compared to other therapists I've seen they don't throw you off the deep end and be like good luck. They are very considerate of everyone's position as well.

I’ve been friends with the family and have worked with them for some time now. They are wonderful and very caring people. Jennifer is truly one of a kind and would be the first person I would call for her expertise!

Annette went above and beyond in answering all of my questions. She was knowledgeable and patient. I feel every representative should be a little more like Annette. She deserves a raise!

My therapist at New Hope is getting me through one of the hardest times of my life. Rachel Glover is very knowledgeable, insightful, and kind. I would recommend these services to any individual who needs some direction, help getting out of a bad situation, or just a general way to cope with the obstacles life brings.

The employees and owners of new hope counseling center are wonderful. I have been in their office a few times and I have always been treated wonderfully. I value what they do for the community and I always hear that saying, " you get what you pay for". However I don't agree with that in this instance. New Hope does just that, gives you new hope. Here, you get way more than what you pay for. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!!

Jennifer Smith has been providing excellent counseling services to my daughter for almost 2 years now. It has been truly a blessing to have her in our life .
