A community garden project to provide fresh produce, spiritual renewal, training in sustainable agriculture, and a beautiful addition to the neighborhood.
We believe that a large part of acting out our faith includes helping those in need. Our goal is to manage a community garden project that can provide fresh produce for the food bank insecure in our community. It is an environment for mental/spiritual/physical therapy. We plan to provide training in sustainable agriculture, and be an aesthetically beautiful addition to the neighborhood. The garden is located adjacent to Hope Lutheran church and over the course of the next few years will be transformed into a ministry of food production and spiritual growth.
