The lady taking care of customers is very rude. They blew up my phone all weekend back to back calls more than 2 in a row and left a voicemail. One voicemail would have sufficed, but they continued to constantly call me all weekend while I was at work. I don’t understand the purpose in blowing up my phone. I got the message the first time that was just obnoxious. When I finally go to pick up my dads stuff I told the lady to please just a call or 2 and a message is fine and that I was inconvenienced at work and found it extremely rude. She didn’t say anything at all, didn’t address anything. She was just dismissive and rude. Next time they blow up my phone like that we’re going have an uncomfortable issue because I will speak to whoever I need to speak to in order to solve the problem. I refuse to be harassed like that on my phone. Ridiculously unacceptable and super unprofessional.
The pharmacy is open on Sundays which is very convenient. Prices for non-Insurance and insured are very reasonable less than other known local pharmacy’s. The place is very clean inside and has a good selection for off the counter products. Parking is scarce so be patience when driving.
To call this pharmacy a "professional setting" is a joke. A pharmacist called my aunt on the phone telling her to come pick up her medication, because it was ready. We drove to the pharmacy and only took 8 minutes after the phone call. Come to find out, the pharmacy still closed because pharmacy technicians was not at the pharmacy understandable and not the issue. What make this place a joke was why would you call customers to pick up medication if the business isn't even operational? My aunt is 76 years old, can't drive and can barely walk. Fortunately, I was available to drive her and assist with that. To think of other customers that have even worse conditions than my aunt who don't have means to transport or disabilities is downright disrespect and abhorrent to the elderly and uncondsiderate to the community. Please use this as a learning lesson and think before your say something please. Update: There were others waiting along with my aunt. Again, do better.
Horrible place to go you have to wait over an hour for a simple cream!!! The girl at the register so rude threw the bag since I asked how much longer do I have to keep on waiting. Last time I go to this pharmacy!!!
They really try their hardest to help their customers. I'm specially grateful for their delivery service because it's not easy to park near this pharmacy.
The worst pharmacy in New jersey.The pharmacist and staff members are very rude especially when you call to ask a question about the prescriptions!!Please don't be a pharmacist if don't have the patience or have bad attitude problems!!!
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. Can't switch pharmacies fast enough. I do not recommend this place at all, only if you love wasting your time.
They open extremely late had to pick up meds that I send back because they were going to expire next month and it was a 3 month supply, went there days ago they weren't open it's after 10 30, some woman there calls me even says the word "c a r a j o" some days ago this place is very unprofessional, won't deliver them because they already picked them up, okay but they send something that was about to expire that's not my fault though, now my meds are still there it's been like 5 days gotta pick up with a sick baby or send my 72 year old mom look at that
This place say they open on Sunday at 11am, but they never open on time, if they ever open. People give them a good review only because there family or friends work there, I’m going to switch my pharmacy next week! The worse unprofessional staff I ever dealt with!
The opening time is wrong. Says it’s open @9am but I’m waiting since 10 & it’s not open yet & it’s 10:54am. I called to see if it was open & a girl answered the phone & asked for my name & I gave it to her & she said to hold on & then she said it will be ready in a few. So I start heading that why because I don’t mind waiting inside but I get there & it’s closed still & I call again & say hey it’s close & she says ohh I’ll be there in 30 mins. Like why lie & say the it’s open ? That’s so ridiculous!
