Passaic Community Pharmacy

It's pretty nice. Had to wait longer than expected a couple of times, but it was fine. The staff were good to me. But what kind of pharmacy sells candy like York peppermint patties? I bought it anyway. But to be fair, many places do that.

They’re not so good with delivery, I came around 2pm on a day for my sons prescription, it was pouring, so I asked for delivery. I waited 3 hours, maybe they had a lot of deliveries cause like I said, it was raining really bad. But I decided to call cause my child was very sick, turns out they never got it ready? They said they were gonna “try” to get it out by the evening. so I guess they don’t care about health?? So I came in to pick it up because my child really needed it. Turns out, they gave me the wrong medication! So I had to call the doctor more time wasted to confirm the medication, went back in and told the girl what was going on. This girl did NOT know what she was doing. I’ve had issues with this pharmacy before but this?? Nope. I’ll be switching to another pharmacy.

I really had to think whether to give 1 star or 2.. I would NOT recommend this pharmacy if you value your time and wish to be treated with respect if you ask a simple question like “how much longer” or “is everything okay, should I contact my prescribing doctor to see what’s going on?” Instead of providing information to their customer, I was left waiting for over an hour and half while later finding out the pharmacist hasn’t even started to make my medicine!! What!?! Only after complaining did they care enough to attend me. As I sat there waiting and watching several customers walk in with an Rx and walk out with their medicine I just lost all interest in coming to this place again. Way more pharmacies out in this area that have better customer service. I believe the employees need to put themselves in their customers shoes. Would you want to hang around a pharmacy for almost 2hours! when you were told 20min? I don’t think so.. bad experience, sure I’m not the first or last.. how unfortunate

Been going here for years. The people in the front really try the best to try and get medicine . My main complaint is that I've noticed the owner or if not the owner the Pharmacy Manager does not back up his employees. Had a man out there cursing and belittle the employees and I never seen him say anything in regard I get it not everyone is calm and reacts different to bad news but if your employees are getting attacked the customer should be kicked out. City hall is across the street . Unbelievable I hope yall get better place to work at

Went there because my coworker recommended it. I shouldn’t have trusted her. After waiting four weeks for the second covid 19 vaccine they gave me an appointment for today the 5th and when I went there surprise! They are Open but are observing the holiday for vaccines and didn’t bother to cancel the appointment. So irresponsible and lack of patient/customer service. Just horrible!

They told me they would deliver my kids medication and they never did I couldn't go because I recently had a surgery . Horrible communication skills with customers.

Very RUDE!!! Been a customer for years and was very disappointed on their services today, the girls at the counter were very unprofessional. I asked a question regarding my medicine and the girl hung up on me.I asked to speak to the pharmacist and he did not help me as well.I assured that they will lose a loyal customer of 20 years. And the pharmacist, didn't even care.. This is what you get in return for being a loyal customer..I switched to a new pharmacy then...

Best pharmacy I've ever been to-the people are friendly-caring and efficient. Never a problem. This is how every pharmacy should be run.

Fast and efficient. You don't have to wait so much. The delivery in other side can be better. It is always hours of waiting, but in general is a good pharmacy and the associates are excellent
