I understand people are more likely to write reviews after a negative experience so I wanted to provide some insight into my positive experience. I called albeit a few times at 4pm and got through. The receptionist was very helpful and personable and she had Dr. Baker call me back within the hour. He was kind and a pleasure to speak with. To those reading reviews before calling, please be patient and compassionate to the staff. They’re very overworked. Thanks Dr. Baker!

Phone is busy all day despite seeing them through the glass not answering phones the whole time. Also stayed past 5pm when the people with appointments are supposed to show up. Not a single person went inside for hours until we left. So all staff and employees are essentially getting paid to do nothing and take no appointments. No wonder people were angry at them before they changed it to phone appointments only. NO ONE IS, OR WAS DOING THEIR JOB!   pathetic people taking advantage of the system.

Dr. Baker is hands down a really good doctor.  I needed to see a specialist and in less than a week I got the call from the specialist I needed to see.  Thank you Dr. Baker.

RIgged - if you don't have Bell you can not get through. Only bell customers have automatic redial where you call once and as soon as lines are open you get through. All other cell phone providers do not offer this feature!! I even set up an auto redial app on my phone where as soon as I hang up it immedietly redials the number and I could still not get through. I called 642 times according to my phone between 4pm-5pm and could not get through. Forget this place. What kind of system is this? so unfair. what ever happened to walk in clincs accepting walk ins????

This is an absolute joke of a clinic they have a sign on the door that they wont open the door because they are busy awnsering phones.... but they werent i was watching them through the glass. Some people dont have a phone to call in and require health care. For the amount of tax dollars we pay we should have health care this shi*ty. Absolute embarrassment of a health care facility, dont ignore people that need help.

First time trying this clinic, I called at 4:58pm and got "this number is not available". Called again two minutes later just to make sure I had the right phone number and I get the same thing, "This number is not available". So I do some research online and see it's a walk-in clinic. I drive 30 minutes to get there... only to see a big sign on the door saying not to enter unless you've called ahead and booked an appointment. Guess what? same phone number I had already called twice, except this time the call goes through and I'm told they're fully booked and I can't enter. Should NOT be labelled as a "walk-in" clinic on the New Brunswick Medical Society website or anywhere as it's by appointment only.

3rd-world health care.  The Canadian government spends 13% of GDP in taxes on a universal health care system, but many Canadians are prevented from accessing the services they paid for.  This clinic gets one star not zero stars for handing out prescriptions that act as permission for you to buy a form of health care, if you can manage to obtain an appointment, which is not an easy task.

Called almost 300 times with a busy signal everytime. Over the past year and a half I've tried to get a hold of this place when in need of a doctor and it's always the same thing, does this place actually look exist or is it just a front??

Typically quite busy, as most clinics are, but they seem to move through the list fairly quickly. Last time I was there, they processed 15 patients in under an hour. I especially like the fact that the staff will take your number and call you when it's almost your turn so you don't need to wait in the waiting room the entire time.
