Shoppers Drug Mart

I have been going to this pharmacy for 19 years. Myself, my other half and our 3 children get all our medications here. Today I called to inquired about if a prescription can be given to my 15 year old, through the pharmacist. It was a no, based on the situation. I asked how is this determined, keeping in mind they are not doctors which is understandable. The reaction was so upsetting. The Pharmacist raised his voice because I asked simply so that I understood and snapped. Unfortunately the pharmacist who also is the owner, I believe was outright ignorant and defensive for absolutely no reason. There was no need of his foolishness. So I will be moving our medication files elsewhere and highly recommend anyone using this location to do so also. We didn’t mind paying a little more to have the convenience of this location. There are more cost effective optionsNow that we see characteristics like this, it’s not worth it. Pathetic!

The supervisor shouldn't be calling their employees names like "little boy child" and calling them out in front of customers. They need to act more professional. If you're going to correct your employees, do so behind closed doors.

The staff that runs the post office are absolutely horrible. Worst post office ever, Canada post should move it.

Visited this location for a vaccine. The pharmacy staff were excellent, reassuring and gentle. Didn't feel a thing and was in and out in no time. Feeling great and ready for my 2nd dose. Get vaccinated!

Normally good customer service whether at Pharmacy or on floor help.. today not impressed. There is only one Pharmacist on duty, went to get my 2nd Shringrix shot as have to have timing between that vaccine and the COVID vaccine; was told that she was too busy, stressed out, hadn't had lunch and was shaking, would take time to mix it up, lots of excuses ... no one waiting for anything, I asked if I could come later or tomorrrow, told no. Appointments are not given for the Shringrix but could make one for Wednesday but no guarantee that I'd get it if they had people booked for the COVID shot. I do understand that things are a bit hectic these days but if you are feeling the stress, maybe you should not be there helping customers.. attitudes go a long way.

These people give your packages to other people without checking ID and then blame it on you for not showing up earlier. Good job Canada Post!

Dont bother calling and asking for a price you will get put on hold and nobody will ever pick up again. Thanks for the customer service casey top notch!

Love shoppers just to browse; prices are reasonable; personal touch from employees; very helpful and knowledgeable.
