Here's my experience maybe it'll help, Had a load of Frozen chicken on with a appointment for 2pm. Arrived early that morning and called gate and was told to drive on up to guard shack and check in, then go on back out on Rd and wait for a call. Got the call for a door about 6pm. Door 18 break ur own seal open doors. Was in the door about 1 1/2 hrs & got a call said paperwork in drop box outside, It's beside the door for shipping and receiving. Not the Quickest place , But definitely not the worst.

I would definitely come back here. From the guard shack to the unloaded, everyone was super nice. Checked in 1 1/2 hrs before appt time. In dock within 1/2 hr. From checking in and unloaded before scheduled appt. Time with BOL in hand. Has parking in staging area. Lot is super big.

My appointment was at 06.00 p.m., arrived at 06.20 p.m., after checking in I was sent to staging area, door was given in 40 minutes later. Unloading took about 30-40 minutes. Easy in and out, and they have overnight parking.

Not going to complain…… it was just one of them days for me…. I came here 2 years ago before they opened the new gate up…. So if u drive down the gravel road and drive by the rail road tracks that’s the wrong wayand u going to have to back all the way out…. When u get to where it’s kinda a fork in the road go right! Also if u unloading on the back of the building at door 25 u have to backup and there is kinda like a ramp there u have to back up on….. don’t try it… u will tear a mud flap off…. So u will have to back to door 25 from a angle… cell phone service isn’t good at all so processing a relay payment won’t be easy at all ….

All the bad reviews of this place are true don't waste your time coming here. I have been here for 8 hours 4 of them on door and it still has not started to unload me

DONT come here!!!! I repeat DONT come here you will be waiting for hours at least 8 before you get called for a dock. It’s about 30 trucks waiting to get in a dock. NO LIE!!!!! Trucks are everywhere

I have been to this place twice. What I like about is that they have an open and big yard and they don't bother you if you do your 10 Hrs break onsite. They are pretty friendly, the guard gets you in quick, only I have waited two or three hours even with app. No biggie for me, just so you know. I have not visit any facilities, so I have no idea whether they have any for the drivers

Worst place to deliver to. i had an appointment for 1100 in the morning, then was told that they dont start unloading until 6 pm

Worse place to goto I check in yesterday at 0730 and got unloaded at 1300 the next day and after they unloaded me, I got told that they lost my bills and don’t have anything to give me so I can turn Into my company now the we have to figure shot out. They need better management here and people that know how to do their job which none of the people here right now don’t

Drivers I don't care how much the load pays. Stay away from here. Does not matter what time you appointment time is you will sit here for a day. You will waste a whole day. My appointment was 8am it is now 130pm and I only have one pallet to come off still sitting. They take your bills and make you leave and park on a dirt road until called. Trust me don't take these loads. You will regret it.
