New Orleans Hilton Riverside

We hosted our class reunion here and the accommodations were very nice. Our rooms were clean, the event rooms we had were nice and the catered food was satisfying. I worked with Emily, Jerome and Lydia to name a few that assisted our group. The location is in walking distance to everything. Shopping and Dining are a stones throw. We utilized a lot of the amenities of what the hotel had to offer. Highly recommend especially if you’re traveling with a large group.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were no bugs at all 1st thing I look for on the beds. This hotel is literally approximately 8-10 walk to Burbon Street and French Quarter. The lobby has a bar, and there is a restaurant attached to the hotel. Very nice hotel overall. It's right across from the casino as well. I would absolutely stay here again. It was much cheaper than trying to stay on the French Quarter.

We slept great, beds are comfy, staying another night! At check in, we got exceptional help from Destiny. We needed our two rooms in the same building, and she made it happen! She is resourceful and kind. Also we’re retirees that needed help navigating the layout, she was patient with that as well. Later on that evening Tiara helped us at the same desk. All the staff has been friendly. And we are having a blast at the pickleball tourney!! Thank you Hilton Riverside for the best stay!!

Here on a business trip for a large conference. The staff could not have been more pleasant. The rooms a due for a little bit of an update, but are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Be ready to pay higher prices for food and parking, but both are good. Rooms: Clean and comfortable Walkability: My wife needs a wheelchair and getting around was easy.

Despite the astronomical number of guests coming and going, the staff was excellent! I arrived early for a family funeral and was accommodated with early check-in. They were very responsive to my daughter and I via the app. The room was clean and spacious, and the location was within walking distance to some of my favorite places. I think I've found my forever place to lodge when coming home to visit. Nearby activities: Tijōn Unique Fragrance Creation Steamboat Natchez Cruise Museums Harrah's Casino Safety: Workers are always present for in and out traffic through the main entrance. Maybe there needs to be security patrolling the garage occasionally, though I didn't feel it was needed but helpful. Walkability: About a 10 minute walk to Cafe Du Monde, street shopping, eateries, and museums, connected to The Riverwalk, across the street from Harrah's Casino, about a 5 minute walk from Canal Place Shops.

Location is the best thing going for this hotel. Customers service is a flat out "0". There's a Double Tree a block or two away the location is not as great, but the service is %100 better. HOPEFULLY THEY HAVE A NEW DESK MANAGER BECAUSE THE ONE THEY HAD WHEN I WAS THERE LAST SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC! Nearby activities: The mall is walking distance with immediate access to the river boats. Food & drinks: Drago's is always on point!

Okay I know it’s listed on the website regarding the parking however you have to search under amenities and the fact that they charge you but don’t mention at the desk about the charge is ridiculous!! The guy at the desk asked if we needed a parking pass but could’ve said just so you know it costs $44 a night. You could give people a courtesy because not everyone can afford it. Won’t be staying at this hotel again because it’s obvious they don’t care to mention additional charges. Just care to take money. So if you ask if we need a parking pass don’t make it seem free. Other hotels I’ve stayed at have complimentary parking for paying guests overnight. Smh

Gorgeous view, fine accommodations, glad there is an armed security presence because of the homeless. Room service very quick. Pool could be larger and there is no hot tub. Food / drink prices above average but in line with a hotel. Easy walk to convention center.Rooms: 4/5

This hotel was great. It it close to everything on Canal Street and the French Quarter. The rooms were clean and our room had a wonderful view of the river. We saw a lot of boats and ships pass by. Definitely will stay here again. Also the health center is great and has something for everyone.
