My mother in law has been trying for months to get her permanent teeth. It is to the point that they expect her to go online to make an appointment. Yet the last two times got canceled. I get it death on the family. However, there was no excuse for the cancelation for  appointment that rescheduled from the previous appointment that was canceled due a death. Where is your customer service for older people who don't have access to computer or smart phone. I am not pleased with how they are treating her. I work at dentist office. We go above and beyond for our patients. This office should take some lessons.  This is not a fake account we have plenty of proof that they are just screwing her over.

I am soo happy I came from Missouri to Dr atcha and I did my surgery on the upper and lower all on 4 I feel great and I can smile and eat and it's the right place for changing your smile ,great doctor and great staff.

I would give this place 10 stars if it allowed. I have had a fear of anything dental for years after having terrible experiences and my teeth just failing treatment. Decided to come here and get full implants and I could not be happier. Everyone in this office is incredible and with you every step of the way. I would recommend this place to everyone who needs it.
