New Wave Restaurant & Bar is an all 80’s New Wave themed Restaurant & Bar, the first of its kind. Our motto is "Experience the 80's" because as soon as our customers walk through the doors they are surrounded by a sensory explosion of 80's culture. From our Pac Man themed entrance to the countless 80's posters and records that align our walls, New Wave Restaurant & Bar strives to take our customers back in time. Our menu also has an 80's twist to it, consisting of casual American cuisine, each item is named after an 80's reference. Customers can come in and enjoy a Billy Idol bacon burger or a Devo Dog. Customers can also enjoy an 80's themed specialty drink which have each been created to pay homage to an 80's icon, movie or musician. Nightly Entertainment includes 80s Dance Parties, 80s Dj's, LIVE 80s Bands, 80s Karaoke Nights - 80s Tribute Nights and more... Great hole in the wall bar / club/ karaoke/ hangout place. Parking is tough,  but it's possible.  Area is safe and well lit and overall gives you confidence.  Music can be varied, from unknown bands to great radio music to the occasional great shows. Most are funky down to earth and rough and rocking! Bar is cool, and there is a list of unique drinks and friendly bartenders.  The karaoke   room is funky,  just odd funny and rhythmic.  Space is limited to moving around,  so it's just a normal hangout place. Oh yes, there's a cover charge,  10$ per person,  cash only.  Have fun and enjoy ! Great first date place . Only drawback,  limited space, limited parking,  needs better food... so a 3.75... a 4-star overall rating for fun  and unique.

Really trying hard not to gatekeep this one but it's a gem! Karaoke is fun great regular singers and music! I love their purple rain drink! Amazing! Disclaimer I've only tried their asada nachos and they was so so that's why a 4 star. Last and most favorite is their live cover bands!!! Food: 4/5

Went this past weekend to celebrate a family members birthday, 80's style. Only thing I tried on the menu was the wings and beef nachos.DON'T GET THE NACHOS! Drinks were good. Service was good as well. Seems like every other weekend they have tributes to different artist which is fun I got to see blondie tribute. It's a small location with limited parking.

If you like 80s this place a the place to dance your 80s vibes away. On St. Patrick's day  Idol X performed. It was a amazing show.  Parking: Parking is limited need to fine parking around the side streets. Good thing you don&#39;t have to pay for it lol

I LOVE the music, price is fair, bands are great. Atmosphere, everything is Awesome. EXCEPT the women's restroom, uts clean but the stall is very uncomfortable.Service: 5/5

Finally got to visit this awesome place on Friday May 18, 2018, at 830PM.  It was a friend's birthday and I'd seen how often she partied here, so I had to check it out.  The corner location makes it easy to find, with ample street parking as their lot is pretty small. Luckily I had no issues finding a spot right at front entrance. Arrive early to get a good & safe spot.  Bouncers outside and inside. 21+. That night was $10 cover, CASH. tho I'm told this is the norm  A dance room with Dj & Live bands. And a karaoke room with Dj too. It's a great ambiance overall, very relaxed.  Plenty food choices & decent prices See menu pics. I picked the jalapeno poppers, cheese sticks, and steak fries, all were delish! Plastic accepted.  Waiters were friendly & attentive, tho a bit pushy to get you to buy more. I say this bc due to cover charge,  there aren't drink minimums.  Karaoke Dj was good, he jammed out to a few songs, a bit picky about PEOPLE SINGING W DRINK IN HAND. He takes a photo of EVERY singer.  Mostly 80s songs, divey, fun crowd... Starts slow,  but does fill up!!  Enjoy the photos. Like the review.  Recommended.

It's a great place to go and have fun with friends or go on a date. They have live bands on friday and Saturday and a karaoke room as well that's very fun and a great selection of 80s themed drinksFood: 5/5

Stars aren’t based off anything bad. Just solely went to have a fun night and watch a cover band. Drinks were decent. Bartenders were super nice.

Dancing to New Wave music at this iconic club is an experience to relish in. The fries are great too. Food: 5/5

This place gets very crowded and hot. But the food and service was great. I love the karaoke and music.Food: 4/5
