New Windsor St Bank

I have a commercial mortgage banking relationship with NWSB Bank, which is now a subsidiary of ACNB. I have always found them to be very professional, and competitive for the small commercial business loan that I have with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Customer service at this bank deserves more than five stars. My husband and I recently opened a checking account at NWSB. Belinda was extremely helpful in setting it up and very through on explaining all the services the bank has to offer. She was also very cheerful and professional simultaneously. In very little time, we were in and out of the bank as new customers. I feel I must also comment on the bank itself. Compared to our former bank that we were with for over thirty years we are new to Taneytown, NWSB is so much better in every way. It offers so many more services and at reasonable fees. Its interest rates are higher too. The branch in Taneytown is more like a museum than a stereotype bank atmosphere. In fact, the building is charming and the history of Taneytown is depicted in the tasteful photos and captions hung on its walls. We look forward to a long-lasting relationship with this bank, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for superb customer service in a pleasant atmosphere.

NWSB is everything a local bank should be. I deal primarily with the commercial lending dept at this location and the service and professionalism are simply outstanding. I've had a longstanding relationship with them and couldn't ask for a better banking resource. Special thanks to Drew Heck who always goes above and beyond.

Drive thru line waits are ridiculous. Some time the wait is 15 minutes, get more tellers please. I'm sitting in line writing this review and there 8 cars waiting. All hands on deck please, I understand get out and go in but not always is it simple to bundle children up and drag them in to the bank kicking and screaming about lollipops . I watched a women just do that .
