I learned how to phase in 2008, 2009 and 2010 from Michael Raduga of the Phase School and the Phase Research Center. The Phase School has branches all over Russia, Eastern Europe, and even one in England. I start my LA branch seminars January 2017. As quickly as I possibly can I will be giving 3 Day Seminars in New York City. The phase state is also known as astral projection, lucid dreaming, out of body experience, and out of body travel. As human beings we all enter the phase every night. We also have an innate ability to consciously and with intention enter the phase. References to the phase state go as far back as the Bible. It is a natural phenomenon and roughly 1 out of 2 human beings can remember having an out of body experience. Michael Raduga says one day we will all live in 2 worlds. One the physical world we know so well, and the other the world of the phase state. Everything in the US starts in LA or NY and spreads to the rest of the country. And so it will be with Americans learning to phase.
