This place is always amazing! They have a big selection of sweets ranging from cookies to puff pastry to fruit tarts and cheesecake. They even bake their own fresh bread and brittle. If you want a custom cake they will do that too! The selection is vast and their delicacies are always delectable. The staff are friendly and help you right away. I highly recommend to any one!

Absolutely love the quality of the pastries here. Everything I’ve tried is very delicious and I make a point of trying something different every time. Very bike friendly and all around a great place for a morning stop off.

Thus place is awesome! I was blown away by the sheer number and choices this bakery boasts. The staff that treated us was very helpful and patient with us, thanks for that! Me and my wife had a great time getting our selection of sweets and treats.  The atmosphere inside is cozy and friendly.  We'll be back soon!

Tara Massu cake Fraud!! Ordered a Tara Massu cake for my wife its her favorite and I have purchased many different places from AZ mostly in Mesa but I live in Surprise. Called asked if the made Tara Massu coffee cake they said they did I ordered one I was surprised it was a whole cake not a slice like AJ Market. When I got it home and gave it to my we found only the frosting was Tara Massu style the rest was a cheap Vanilla cake inside not traditional Tara Masssu Espresso filling. Wanted to try this place for a long time but that I did I am deeply disappointed and will never return

Tried this bakery for the first time today given the previous reviews. I bought a cherry cream crumb dessert and a whole lemon cake with lemon filling and white frosting. The cherry cream crumb dessert did not taste fresh: the cream was all filled on one side and was very firm and there were no cherries in it,  just some of the cherry jell. While the lemon cake was good, quite honestly, I had bought a piece a week or two ago at Fry’s grocery store which was much better. Spent $25 thinking I was getting high quality bakery goods. I will not be back.

Very nice staff!   The place, however, leaves a lot to be desired.  It had a bad odor and needs a makeover in my opinion.  The pastry is expensive so I had high expectations.  I bought a mini plain cheesecake for a friend and a strawberry shortcake for myself, and to my dismay the latter was stale and tasted funny it was initially frozen.  My friend said the cheesecake was good although she only  ate a small piece and put it back in the bag.  We both love love love sweets so I was surprised when she did not eat this very small dessert.  She did say she loved the cheese danish so maybe the substitute just didn't suit her tastebuds.  Since my friend loves the danish, I will go back and buy it for her.

Very delicious bakery! It was pretty busy when we went but not too much of a wait. They have lots and lots to choose from. We got quite a variety of items and will have to return to try more! Their cakes looked delicious as well but we had too much already. Lol I did return later and order a cake for my daughter's birthday tomorrow so we're looking forward to that!

I'm looking for fresh baked cake not frozen.. When you go to a bakery you expect daily fresh items not frozen items have been there you don't know how long. So I'd decided to try a slice of the red velvet and carrot cake that was in the refrigerator. 1st question I ask how fresh is it.. Of course I was lied to They told me that it was made that day which is Bologna cause when I got at home it was dried out nasty. Nobody likes dried out piece of cake And their prices are very expensive for the product. if you want a good piece of cake or  Cupcake go to small cakes down the road you'll see the difference.

**EDIT 2023** Sadly under new ownership. Nothing is the same, no string anymore, pastries not baked the same, If you are going to take over a beloved bakery how about you keep the quality the same, and dont ruin a good thing… What were you thinking with this sticker?? stop trying to modernize and put your own spin.. the customers don’t want your “new spin” !!!  Always the best! The people up front are always lovely and helpful.

Amazing pastries and treats.  Everything is so yummy! Have been coming here for many years.  Not once have I been disappointed.  Clean.  Crisp and fresh. Always.  Everyone will find their favorites.
