Such a great experience! From the first phone call to the follow through and you could tell how competent the staff and Dr were. Paperwork was clear and everything was seamless. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I am just the Grandma, but I am a Nurse as well. My first experience with circumcisian was back in nursing school and quite frankly I was traumatized. I was unable to be at my first grandsons bris because of illness so I really wanted to be there for the twins. I watched as he skillfully and gently did the procedure with skill and kindness. His Nurse was also skilled and loving and I was so impressed! I am unfortunately very picky and if you are going to do this, Dr Witz is the only person I would recommended. There was no issue with my first grandson and I’m quite sure there won’t be with our new beautiful twins. It’s all very scary but this office makes everyone welcome and explains so that the parents, and grandparents feel safe. I just can’t say enough about this experience. You won’t be sorry.

Wow, never had an experience like this with any medical place before. We set an appointment with these guys and on the day of, we were running a little bit late. So we called them and let them know we were coming. With the appointment being at 12:15, the lady on the phone told us, "not to be more than 10 minutes late, otherwise the doctor won't see you, and you'll have to reschedule". We say okay. Checking the GPS it says 15 minutes late. So we try to call back. No answer. Tried again, no luck. We were coming from Tacoma, and taking what they said seriously, we decide to take the loss and reschedule. We didn't want to waste a trip up just for them to tell us go home and reschedule. Next day Friday we call and ask to reschedule. They confirmed that we will lose our $245 deposit because we no showed or were at least 15 minutes late. I said that one of your staff told us yesterday not to be more than 10 minutes late or else. If she told us 15 minutes, we would have been on time. Avoiding all of this and everything else that follows. The lady that day kept saying it doesn't matter, that's policy. Fine, we will pay another deposit to reschedule. But we were told to wait for a call back on Monday and take care of it then. Because they needed to make sure our new born son was still going to be in the age window for scheduling. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday comes around and no call back. We called them once each of those days, leaving a voicemail only on Tuesday. Thursday comes around and they call us to tell us we can't reschedule and to go find a referral for somewhere else. When we asked what the reason was, we didn't get one. End of conversation right there? Seriously? If the age window was of time sensitivity, why ignore us and wait to tell us on Thursday? I also found it odd that every conversation we had with the one who was 'dealing' with us, sounded so condescending and stuck up. Other Doctors have not recommended us to do it unless it's for religion or hygienic convenience. As more and more people are not opting for it anymore. So we just take this as a sign to disregard our son's circumcision because of the experience with this place. Supposedly the doctor here is the best in Washington. If you need to see him, I hope you stay on the "good" side with them and don't have to go through what my family did.

Dr. Witz did an amazing job. The staff was friendly. The paperwork they sent to read prior to Circumcision was easy to understand. The nurse and Dr. Witz explained the process prior to the procedure professionally, and in an easy to understand manner. I have 3 boys, and hands down, Dr. Witz did the best work. I highly recommended Newborn Md. Thank you!

Dr. Witz and his staff were great with our son. Insurance paid almost all of it, making it easy to afford. They walked through the whole procedure with us, I got to watch the whole thing. It was an eye opener and Dr. Witz was very professional and transparent during the entire process. We would recommend him to anyone.

This office was amazing. I was a little worried for my son when I went in. They made me feel at ease and did an excellent job. Dr Witz and Nicole we’re amazing to work with. If you are considering a dr to help with this procedure go to these guys.

We've been on the fence trying to decide if circumsision is right for us or not. E made an appointment when we thought we wanted to proceed, and then we thought we wanted to cancel entirely. We asked over the phone if the consultation would really be a consultation with a legitimate option to not proceed with the circumcision without feeling pushed into it!. Dr. Witz was fantastic. Answered all our questions, was incredibly patient, continued to ask if we had more questions, and then told us we could think about it and he wouldn't do the procedure today because he wanted us to sleep on it and confirm if that's our final decision. Very positive experience for us.

I hate to leave a bad review review anyone and maybe the doctor is good but the scheduling staff is horrible and needs some training on how to handle calls professionally and to he held accountable for their lack of organization and not doing thier simple jobs! I called in to schedule a circumcison appointment for my new born last week of Jan and called again in Feb. In which both times they took my information and said they would call me back. Today Today I called in and the lady who I spoke to insisted that they couldn't find my information anywhere and there is no record of me calling and since my baby is 7 weeks now I should call my primary care to refer me to another clinic! I mean it is absolutely find with me, but the least you could do is apologize for thr lack of being properly professional and it seems like I am not the only one having issues with scheduling.

Our first child, first son, and first circumcision! We were worried and nervous but our doctor assured us Dr Witz was the best. The circumcision went very well and two weeks later healed perfectly! The facility was very clean and staff are very friendly. If I have another son I will definitely be back! I highly recommend Dr. Witz and staff!

Dr. Witz was professional and caring, he took time to listen to all of our questions and did an awesome job with the circumcision. Would definitely recommend Witz and will be taking our future sons here. The staff was helpful and professional.
