I have always been so skeptical when it comes to chiropractic work due to past experiences. Most of them just didn't seem to care much, not have a thorough plan, and ended up being a one and done adjustment kind of situation. Jeff completely changed my point of view on how I see chiropractic now. He cares so much about each of his clients, coming up with a unique plan and creating great relationships with each one. I have seen so much improvement in the past couple of months. When I first came in, I had severe pain and tightness in my upper back and neck that was debilitating and very disruptive to my life. I also had pain in my leg and tingling in my hand. Since, all of these symptoms have subsided. He also gives important advice on spine hygiene, teaching free classes to patients on how to improve your spine health at home. I highly recommend this chiropractor to anyone who will listen.

I started going to see Dr. Jeff a couple of months ago when I could barely walk a straight line. And  so many parts of my life have improved. I have more energy. I can turn my head in both directions much farther than before. I have way more patience with all situations that use to stress me out before. I have more flexability. I sleep better. I have had a great experience at Mercer Island chiropractic and massage therapy. Little to no back pain anymore. I am happy with my results.

I had a terrible neck pain causing me headaches, lack of concentration, and making my work hard. During two months Dr. Jeff helped me so much that my headaches are gone and my neck feels much better. What made me happy is that we could also see big changes on my X-ray. I honestly didn't expect it would help so much in such a short period. There is still some work that has to be done but I feel much better about the whole thing thanks to Dr. Jeff.
