Newcomer East Orlando has been amazing from the beginning of our journey to the completion. Greg is an exceptional advisor. His caring and compassion for our family during a difficult time and even weeks after my Mom's service has been above and beyond our expectations. We have really appreciated the consideration and time given to make sure we celebrated her life. Newcomer offers quality service at an affordable price. They do not take advantage of grieving families by trying to sell them services and products beyond their needs and budget limitations. We used Newcomer in 2008 when my sister passed away. Because of my positive experience with them those many years ago, I chose Newcomer again when my brother recently passed. Once again, they did not disappoint. Greg took time to explain everything in a professional, courteous manner and was wonderful in assisting me with all my concerns. I highly recommend Newcomer to anyone. They are professional, caring, detailed, and their prices are very reasonable.

Let me first say that losing my sister just little over a week ago has been the most heartbreaking experience I've ever had. I didn't know where to start with planning or how to not have full control of something in life. BUT, we chose to go with Newcomer Funeral Home and it has been by far the best experience for our family. Most of all Greg was literally a God send!! He not only explained the process, but he made it all make sense and I can not thank him enough. He stated things during our meeting that will stick with me for a lifetime... he's exceptional at what he does and we plan to seek him out if we ever need services again. MANY MANY THANKS!

My experience at Newcomer was great especially during such a difficult time.  My Funeral Director Greg was awesome to work with and he bent over backwards to accommodate our needs.  I highly recommend Newcomer and will definitely use them again for my family.

Based on my experience with them last year during the process of preparing for and carrying out all of my mother's funeral and burial-related tasks, I concluded that everyone on staff at Newcomer is simply outstanding. Tammy, well known and often mentioned, is quite knowledgeable and experienced. Funeral Director - Jose Casas, was then and to this day he continues to be exceptionally good at doing his job and at providing tremendous guidance and support, such as he has recently done throughout the entire process of creating the headstone/marker for my mother's burial site. I cannot thank him enough for the exemplary Customer Service experience that he has consistently delivered. I'm only too happy to attest to his outstanding performance and to commend him for "raising the bar" simply by being the focused, highly efficient and genuinely dedicated servant that he has proven himself to be. "Bravo" to Mr. Casas...and "Thank You" to everyone on staff at Newcomer.

Today I met Tammy from Newcomer Funeral Home for a Funeral Viewing of a loved one. The staff has the gift of comforting. They excel in this industry and their prices are very reasonable. This is the second family member I have used their services for. They take so much off our shoulders with the services they offer and everyone was happy with the facility and amenities. Thumbs up if helpful. You will not regret doing business with them.

Would be zero stars if I could. We were told to arrive at 10 am to view my mother in law to say our good byes. We arrived at 10:02 just to be told they had already put her away. My sister in law’s showed up at 9:58 and were told they had two minutes. What a joke. Insulting actually.  Way to treat a grieving family! Worst treatment ever.

Greg was amazing with help my mother with the cremation process. I couldn’t be helper and I know my mother feels the same.
