Quite nice, especially for a dog park. As of Nov, 2022, the off leash area isn't quite open but there is a great playground and a nice trail. Nice restrooms as well.
Updated on 4 Nov 2022 The park should be marked on the map as open, allowing leashed dogs only since the off leash area is not yet ready. There are trails aplenty to bring your leashed pets, so do consider a visit. This park is fabulous! I did submit pics today so you can see the transformation. Visited 30 Oct 2022 Wow! The refurbishment and re-imagining of this park is beyond my expectations! Went there during a dark morning rain squall and enjoyed having the place to myself. However, once word gets out, I can see it will be super popular and I'm glad. What it has: A grassy lawn for running about or having a picnic, an adult exercise section with fun strength training machines, a quizzical and fantastic playground for kids with interesting equipment for youngsters to explore, trails that go as short as the perimeter of the park, or trails that snuggle down into the crispy, mysterious woods of the area. And real restrooms! With sinks inside so you can wash your hands! Coming later, probably spring or summer 2023, the fenced Dog Area should be ready. This will be an off leash dog park for your furry friends to enjoy. The wait will be worth it, I'm sure. There are a few parking spots near the playground, with one handicapped spot and a sidewalk ramp, though the kid and adult play areas are not handicap accessible. Rather, you could stroll around the paved perimeter path if you like. Very pleasant. Oh, and a covered area too, for those downpours. It was too rainy to snap pics when I went, but I'll get some soon and get them posted so you can see for yourself that the new, improved park really is wonderful. Playground: Very interesting and not the usual playground. More organic and fantastical. Restrooms: Unisex, family friendly restrooms with sink and soap to wash up. Picnic area: Lawn picnics would be great. A few benches available too, maybe bring a towel to dry off during wet seasons.
A nice expansive green field to let the dogs roam on/off leash. Walking trails at the end are on leash. Please note this dog park IS NOT fenced in all around. There is chicken wire close to the road but it is not fully fenced and thus should only be used off leash by dogs that are trained to not run away. Quite popular in the evenings and everybody was friendly.
We always stop on my way home from work, conveniently located right off 405. Well kept dog park, plenty of space for the dogs to run, never too crowded. Wish there were more poo trash cans along the fence, but otherwise no complaints.
It's a really nice park with a lot of open space and it's my go-to but unfortunately there's a crowd of snobby people there that hang out in the corner and judge everyone
Nice, big open area. Only 4 stars because there is hardly any parking and it is often pretty busy after work hours and on weekends, especially if it's nice out. All the pet owners I've come across are respectful and courteous and their dogs are pretty well behaved.
Please be aware this dog park is NOT fully fenced, and is right next to a somewhat busy street. It’s not suitable for off-leash usage unless you’re very confident that your dog won’t get amped up and run into the road while playing.
Another nice evening at the park
It's beautiful but it's not fully fenced. Not sure if anyone else hates chasing a husky. Lol
Fun for the dogs, but it's pretty bare bones and can get crowded quick.
