Ngc Movie Theater

I'm a Senior, lost my husband to Covid-19. I went by myself to see a movie before 4 pm, which used to be a matinee price. NO LONGER. I paid $8.00 for the ticket & got a med. drink & large popcorn. IT COST ME $24 & change! I may go see a movie every now & then, but at those costs, those will be few & far between. That was 2 mos. ago & I have not been back. At 68 living on S.S. Movies USED TO BE AFFORDABLE. Not anymore. I'll wait for movies to eventually come out on Red Box.

Nice place but we went on a Wed afternoon and the inside of the theater gad wrappers and popcorn and cups that should have been picked up and cleaned. A Wed afternoon in Jan couldn't possibly be so busy you can't clear up and pick up trash between the movies. It was empty when we went in. So how is it when it is busy. Plus the butter area for the popcorn was gross. PLEASE PLEASE let food areas be clean and appealing. Again it wasn't even remotely busy at this time. How does it look when it's busy. I like this theater but how long does it take to vacuum between movies and wipe down food counters?

Customer service was low. Teenagers that made us feel like we were bothering them at 4:30pm to order 2 tickets, 2 popcorns and 1 soda. I gave 3 stars because the seats were basically comfortable

Service was good. Prices a little high. Popcorn no longer has the differnt salt dressings only hot buter...movive house was clean very empty...think only 4 or 5 people in the theater..but good.

We can't buy tickets. The young girl at the concessions counter told us we can't buy tickets there. She said we have to do it online. We no longer have smart phones or internet. It had to go because of high inflation. Seniors also can't do this stuff on line. My parents can't. They apparently don't want seniors living on a fixed income. The seniors use to come here, now they have been shut out do to technology and high prices. We left and walked over to Fairvue Pizza. A. L.

Theater was clean, helpful employees, and the show started on time. Couldn't ask for much more. Just go and enjoy the show!

Very cool theatre! Has a retro vibe with really comfortable seating! Tickets were also a reasonable price. We ate before coming to the theatre so no comments on the concession… we all know how movie theatre concessions are! LOL

Priced decent. Concessions availability & price was good. Great location. Seats could use improvement, noticed a musty smell also, but older theatre. Staff was very friendly.

Your reward points are now gone unless you use their app. Gone are the days of walking in and searching for a place to sit, now you select your seats before you go in to the movie. About 12 people in here. Maybe someone else took the seat they wanted, lol. I will just start renting my movies from home.

Staff were so kind and patient with our kids! Clean bathrooms and theater seating. Black Adam was incredible!
