private parties, special events, work functions or children’s parties
Every one of my paint parties is unique to each individual request. Whether it is a private party, special event, work function, or children’s party, I maintain a professional, educational, and most importantly, a fun atmosphere. Below is some general information that is applicable to each event.
The first step of planning your party is discussing the specifics. This includes the date and time, the painting your group would like to create, and the number of guests. The minimum number of guests for an event is 6 people. Parties of 6-10 are $25 per person and 11+ people are $20 per person. I will arrive a half hour before your guests to set up. Typically, events last 2-3 hours and scheduling is flexible to fit your needs.
My teaching style is unique in that I paint along with the class step by step. This differs from similar paint parties in which the instructor teaches from a finished piece on display but does not paint along. I encourage people to follow along as I instruct but I also allow them to go at their own pace and embrace their own creativity. Every paint party has people of different experience levels and no one should worry if their painting doesn’t come out “perfectly.”
Above all, my paint parties are fun and easy. Everyone goes home with a piece of their own art, a sense of accomplishment, and wonderful memories.
