The guy and girl working there took care of me very well, quick,and very helpful, helped me find the exact size I needed and was very patient with me trying on several shoes. Thanks again

Great experience. I called ahead of time to check on product availability. The set my shoes aside. I stopped in, picked them up. Smooth transaction with very helpful staff. When I need the latest is sports shoes they will be my go-to store. They carry a bigger variety and selection of sizes than stores that are closer to me.

So excited to have the Nike store come to Legacy West. Staff was really friendly - great product selection. Make sure to check out the dressing rooms which allow you to switch your light setting from day to night. Also, if you are a Nike member, scan your QR code to get a free merch from the vending machine in the entrance.

Angel made the shopping experience so special for me and my daughter! She went above and beyond definitely deserves a shout out.

I had a great experience today. Eden I hope I spelled your name right! was fantastic at check out. He helped me get signed up with the Nike App and checked me out with my welcome coupon. He explained everything thoroughly and was friendly and patient. Happy with my new shoes!

Ordered the new Jordan 1 washed pink as a gift and was told they are in stock at this location. Showed up and they had cancelled my order. don’t come here they back door shoes and favor others.

Shoe conditions of some dunks here were horrible. Literally went three four pairs of shoes with the associate and they either had dents, glue makes or creases. Was told that they only would offer me a 10% discount for the defective shoes and that I had to come in. Won’t be returning to this location, horrible shopping experience

For being a Nike store closer to us, we were really excited to visit as we were in need of new shoes for my wife. The staff here was unwelcoming and the vibe in the store especially for a slow day just made you want to leave. You felt like you were a bother to the staff while they either stood to the side or behind the counter and we looked along the wall. We were greeted by an employee leaning on a display when we walked in towards the middle of the store. We walked past her without being asking what brought us in. This was the last point we interacted with any of the employees. We looked around for a bit and were still not asked if we needed help. We ended up walking out. There was one other customer in the location and 3 employees from my count so no reason for the poor customer experience other than it didn’t seem like a priority to the staff on site to provide a good experience. We won’t be back but hopefully the team is trained on how to engage and interact with clients in store for the future. There’s more options that are more convenient than parking and walking the shops to make it in to this location to be ignored.

Great “rare finds” in store but not a huge selection of shoes.

Just finished making a return for shoes I bought on SNKRS. The store was busy but the workers were efficient. Very seamless process. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Maybe I'll go back to shop next time.
