I’m only giving this place 3 stars because of its location, cleanliness, and atmosphere. The pressure was TOO HARD. I told him that it hurt, and all he kept saying was that it was “ok” . I have bruises all over my back

Very good place to go for a professional masseuse., not very expensive either./ very professional/ highly recommended/ they will concentrate on your feet, which includes pressure points., your legs lumbar spine cervical neck.,Wherever you want, The most assistance just let them know. / Thank you!

I called to ask if they allowed walk-ins and the gentleman that answered stated they did. I asked for a 30 minute neck and shoulder massage, which he said they could do. I thought he understood me, but the massage therapist attempted to massage my entire body. The entire massage just felt as if he was pressing on my back. When it came to my neck and shoulders, he just rubbed oil on them and did not actually massage. His breathing was very loud and heavy, so I was unable to relax. I left half way through the service, as it was the worst massage I’ve ever had. The gentleman in the front argued that I needed to pay for the full service when I didn’t even get what I came for! I paid for half, and quite frankly, I shouldn’t have paid that! I would not recommend this place! Save your money!

Went there and the guy at the front desk was rude to start off and me being a guy,I DO NOT WANT OTHER MEN RUBBING ON ME AND ALL THEY HAD WAS MEN WORKING...Price was Reasonable but they seem to have Attitudes When I am paying for a service!

Nice people but way too rough. My rotator cuff feels damaged. I seriously doubt they are properly trained and could cause serious injury if not careful. Would of enjoyed a softer more enjoyable massage.

My foot and leg massage wasn't very enjoyable. It was very fast paced and he rubbed the same areas and the same spots the whole time.. and didn't really touch the spots you'd want to get touched the most. Also felt very rushed the entire time the moment you walk in. I don't agree with the $8 mandatory tip, if it wasn't a good service.

I don’t typically leave reviews EVER, unless the experience was great or awful. I am writing this immediately after my service while still sitting in the parking lot. Upon entering, I had walked up to the man at the front desk and expressed to him that this was my first time going there for service and purchased a 120 min massage with high hopes. Immediately, he tells me to wait on the side and is ushering in the other people around me previous clientele, while I waited patiently to be attended to. I then felt rushed into the massage space where he then rushed me to put my things away. As well as that, I observed that he was extremely rude to his employees, ALSO rushing them around. He lingered next to me as I took my shoes and sweater off. In regards to the massage itself, it was painful. Given, maybe it is not my style of massage, but as another reviewer said - it was a lot of pressing you into the table and rough. The person doing the massage was nice at least, so there’s that. I thanked him graciously and he was very polite from start to end. Our man at the desk would pop in and out the door to smoke, which fine, live your life…but it is a singular, large, open space where the smell follows and drifts in after him to the massage area. When trying to pay for my service, the same man as before did not like my tip amount despite the amount being above 20%. I try to tip at very least 20% no matter what because I worked in the food service industry. I DID NOT ENJOY THE SERVICE, however I tipped over 20% because the masseuse was kind as mentioned above. The man openly spoke out about it in front of other customers, specified the dollar amount he expected from me, pointed at the slip and waiting for me to change what I had written, and held my card until I finished doing so. Solely out of respect of being in his store, and due to pressure from this man, I changed the amount on my slip. I will definitely NOT be visiting again, and I encourage if you have not been here before do not waste your time or funds. A business that treats both customers AND employees with a lack of respect is not one which deserves anybody’s money!! I truly should have read previous reviews before going here. To anybody considering coming here - DO NOT. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. Do what I should have and head over to Massage Envy next door, or even to Diamond Nails if you want a pedicure and foot massage. Listen to the reviews. The prices might be “decent,” but truly, my experience was ruined by the man at the desk. Abysmal customer service from him.

"Roughest massage I've ever had in my life..! I feel abused " I am quoting my girlfriend after we spent the better part of our afternoon getting massages there. This past weekend For me,I didn't like the open space area with no privacy tbh they seem to be very pressed for money you feel very rushed and to top it off they are very rude when you call them on the phone to ask for information. I'm definitely not coming back here! Plus the $8 mandatory tip is laughable he tried to hold my credit card in his hand like to imply that he wouldn't give it back unless I added a tip on the receiptI snatched my card right out of his hand !Don't try me! I gave him $5 in cash.Don't force me to give you more money if I feel like that's I want I want to give that's should suffice. He will get a better tip with a better massage and naturally , a better rating from me..until then 4 thumbs down from my friend and I

Best place to get a massage...it's only $40 bucks for an hour but u definitely need to tip between 10 to 20 bucks because they work hard to pamper u for an hour.. don't go there unless u can afford to tip these hard workers

Love this place, started going last year and I pretty much won’t go anywhere else for a massage. Every masseuse there is good and consistent. It’s peaceful, even though it’s open and not private rooms. I’ve always been very comfortable each time. Also their price can’t be beat for a 60 or 90 minute massage. Pay the $8 tip and go beyond that honestly because if you went to another massage place you’d be paying double the massage price for the service alone.
