My husband and I were car shopping online yesterday, we found a van that we liked and sent in a request for it. Within 30 minutes, we had a call from Caleb, one of the Sales Representatives there. He was able to get the information that he needed over the phone and got back to us in a timely manner. We were unsure of how this process was going to go because of COVID-19. Caleb assured us that proper precautions were in place for the safety of the public and for the safety of their staff. When it came to test driving the vehicle, they had the van pulled around the front with the keys in it. My husband and I were able to test drive it and bring it back. When it came to paper work, they had a folder on one of the vehicles where each person would take turns going up and filling out the proper areas. Staff wore gloves and kept six feet away. When it came to dealing with the insurance company, they were able to do a three way call so that each party was included in finalizing the process. We were at the dealership just under a hour! WE are extremely pleased with our new van along with the AMAZING customer service of Caleb and the Sales Manager. This dealership is highly recommended for any individual in the market for a new vehicle, even during these uncertain times. Safety comes first here before a sale!
My wife and I had a great experience at this dealership. Everyone we met was very respectful, friendly, and helpful. We had a few vehicles picked out before we arrived and were able to narrow it down to two. There was no pressure what so ever between the two vehicles, and we appreciated that it was a tough decision. We are very happy with the vehicle we chose; 2019 Nissan Frontier SV my 3rd Frontier, but 1st with this dealership. Brian Brady the sales representative, Trevor Lamson the Finance Director, and David Miller the Owner were a class act. They were very easy to work with...fair with not only the price of the vehicle we purchased, but also with our trade-in. We will definitely be back in the future and will be sure to recommend them to our friends and family. A sincere thank you to the entire Nissan of St. Albans team!!!
The whole experience was fun and actually enjoyable. Everyone there was great natured and willing to work with me to make the purchase happen. My salesman Brian Brady was outstanding and very polite. The sales manager Trevor was also very polite and extremely helpful in the whole process. This is my 3rd Nissan Titan I have purchased and my 4th one will definitely be with the professional team over at Nissan of St.Albans Vermont.
Nissan of saint Albans is amazing. Chad in particular took the time and listened to are needs. Towing, comfort, and storage. The team found three vehicles that they thought would work for us and are monthly price range. I never once felt pressured to buy any of the three vehicles, that where shown to use. We did end up buying a 2015 Jeep Cherokee latitude. V6 4x4 with towing package. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.
I wasn't really planning on buying a car, new or used, right now. I was really out doing some research with a plan to purchase within the next 3-4 months. My salesman asked about what I wanted in a vehicle and I felt like he really listened. I didn't feel pressured to buy and felt like all my questions were answered prior to my purchase. I am very pleased with my experience at Nissan of St. Albans and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
They did a great job, other than filling out the maintenance log, it was a completely satisfying visit. They also had the best prices around within a 50+ mile radius for Nissan dealer oil change and tire rotation. Very polite helpful and friendly.
Bought a beautiful used Pathfinder from them and had a fantastic experience much better than from another Nissan dealer in the area. Caleb, Amos, Dave - from start to finish just excellent. Highly recommend.
Overall great experience. Sales staff was capable and informed. Felt the owner and finance met what I needed to make the deal go though. Service dept? Day one so time will tell. Kristy was the salesman she did a great job.
Christie Villa was my sales consultant. She has been extremely efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful in navigating the end of lease terms on my current Toyota. The monthly payment and maintenance inclusion is very acceptable for the Sentra we are leasing now. I highly commend Christie as a sales consultant and she is a wonderful reflection of your company’s integrity and customer service.
