Nittanyville is the city of tents that exists outside Beaver Stadium before every home football game at Penn State University.
Students camp out for all kinds of reasons, with the primary purpose being to get seats close to the action for that Saturday's football game. Many students also love the pep rally-like atmosphere the week before a big game and enjoy sharing the experience with their friends. Nittanyville is open to all students at Penn State, so you and your friends have no excuse not to join the fun!
How to do Nittanyville:
1) Get a tent, sleeping bag, and up to 9 other people.
2) Register your group on ANGEL at that campout's designated date & time (see Nittanyville Facebook & Twitter for details)
3) Be present at Gate A to sign your group in with the NCC
4) Set up your tent
5) Have at least one member of your group at Nittanyville at all times until Saturday morning.

The purpose of the Nittanyville Coordination Committee (known for short as the NCC) is to represent the body of students that camps out at Gate A of Beaver Stadium before Penn State football games.
