The New Jersey Autism Center of Excellence (NJACE) is partially funded by a grant from the NJ Governor's Council for Medical Research and Treatment of Autism to Rutgers University. The mission of the NJACE is to promote quality autism research in NJ and to serve as a center for training for health care and allied health care providers in order to promote quality care for people with autism and their families.
The mission of the NJACE is to improve autism research and clinical care throughout the state of New Jersey, revamp autism educational initiatives across the state, educate society about autism unmet needs, and to make NJ a national leader in these endeavors.
