I’d give it 0 stars if i could. I made an appointment to get my lashes done at 9am. Unfortunately the night prior I fell down the stairs at our home. I went to the er and it turns out I ripped my acl. Immediately upon arriving home from the hospital approximately 10pm, I sat right down and emailed the salon. The next morning at 9 am I received a text message saying that i was being charged a 35 dollar fee for not showing up. I called and explained and the OWNER OR MANAGER said “well that’s our policy.” I said I ripped my acl!  she said “well that’s the way it is”. If this place were the LAST place on the planet doing eyelash extensions, I’d go without. Terrible  way to do business and she is a deplorable manager/owner.

I did the blade and shade for my first time getting microblading. I loved the way Nicte mapped them out so I really trusted they were going to look beautiful. I love my eyebrows so much and her staff was really nice. She did an amazing job. I’ll be back next week to get my lashes. I highly recommend her services.Service:&nbsp;Microblading

This was a horrible experience. I went before to get my lashes done and loved it. Tipped my lash tech, ect. I come back for a fill I got nothing I asked for. Which I understand sometimes people make mistakes but it's up to the business to turn your experience around. Not only was I completely unsatisfied but they wouldn't even give me $5 off a service I was completely unhappy with. I'll never come back. The supervisor called just to tell me that if the manager did give me $5 off she would be fired and if they compensated everyone that was unhappy they'd be broke. That was a red flag that they probably had many bad experiences. Yes, I'm upset with my lashes but I also understand everyone makes mistakes which was what I was explaining to the supervisor as she kept trying to switch my words and frustrations to be with the lash tech only and not the business overall. This was a HORRIBLE experience. I wouldn't recommend at all. A loyal client was worth $5, they don't know how to do business or to care for the people paying them and their bills. They didn't do anything illegal, but I'd rather spend my hard earned money at a place that cares about their customers and their experience.Service:&nbsp;Eyelash enhancements

I'm apprentecing under Nicte and what I can say about her is that she's kind and patient and very professional. I've done my research with SNHD before choosing the best.  She always stresses how important cleanliness and safety is to prevent infection. I love the pink gloves and she wears them when teaching us to demonstrate cleanliness. She's very supportive with her students as she wants them to be successful. I hope to one day own my own business and Nicte is giving us all tools to succeed.

I was looking for an experienced cosmetic tattoo artist & Nicte is very good I’m very happy with her services love my brows, I will be going back for other services from her medical spa nurse to get Botox & Lip Filler Service:&nbsp;Microblading

I’m have taken eyebrow micro blading training and apprenticeship with Nicte and she was very informative about everything . I have  learn great techniques in her classes. Nicte really nice and supportive to everyone who come in to learn with her. I absolutely grateful to have her as a instructor and have her guide me through my apprenticeship.Services:&nbsp;Eyebrows

I have taken both my teeth whitening training and brow micro blading training with Nicte and she was very informative.  You will learn great techniques in her classes!  Apart from my apprenticeship here I also got the ombre brows procedure performed on me and i love them!! Would recommend to anybody!Services:&nbsp;Ombre eyebrow styling

I love the apprenticeship that is offered at NM brows and Lashes!  I get to experience hand on models and learn everything I need to get licensed to do permanent makeup in the state of NV! I recommend Nictes training!
