NNK 4 L.I.F.E. is a private L.I.F.E. Coaching and Counseling practice that specializes in working with trauma, criminal behaviors, couples and veterans.
I have spent over 15 years in social services working with trauma, family issues and substance abuse.
My specialties are emotional, sexual and physical abuse, couples and veterans. I also have life coaching classes with concentrations in divorce, death, stress, parenting (co-parents and blended families), singles (desiring to be be in long-term relationships) and life skills focusing on anger management, depression, anxiety and substance use.
I love what I do! This is not just a career. It is a passion to see others flourish in life despite life's pitfalls and disappointments. I love to inspire and motivate clients for the change they desire.

In addition to individual, couples and family counseling for ages 16 and older, we have seven 8-Week L.I.F.E. Concentrations: Divorce, Death, Parenting, Stress Management, Marriage (including Pre-Marital), Singles L.I.F.E. Group and a L.I.F.E. Group (ages 17 and older) that assists our clients in learning to deal with every emotion that normally creates problems in life.
