I offer a simple, high-intensity group class that caters to all fitness levels. You’ll experience high-energy sports training moves for cardiovascular fitness along with upper and lower body core conditioning.
We are all about maximum effort for maximum results. Work hard to burn fat for up to 72 hours! Work at your level- beginners welcome! We meet at Barrington Elementary School for the 5:30 and 5:45 am classes. The 8:30 am (7:00 in summer) class meets at Jones Track when outdoors or 1392 King Ave Columbus OH 43212 when the temperature is below 40.
