In short - exemplary service. Unforgettable, unique taste. Cozy, warm atmosphere. You can tell they put care into every aspect of this place - which is a rare find these days - folk who care about quality of their craft. Hidden gem and a cannot miss if you are in the Portland area. The grilled corn muffins and butter combo put a smile on my face at the very first taste. The yellow and red sauces are both fantastic. I've tried Dinosaur BBQ in NY state and Franklin BBQ in Austin TX which are top recommended favorites in those respective areas, and in my opinion, the sauce and ribs here were both more memorable at this place. My favorite is the fried chicken sandwich. Juicy, fall apart tender, and full of flavor even without any sauce. I've tried some of the recommended fried chicken places in Nashville, and my opinion only -- the fried chicken here was more memorable and leaves me wanting to come back for more. None of the food felt too greasy/fatty or too heavy, and my experience was consistent over multiple visits in recent years. For that reason, I wanted to spend the time to leave a great review for these folk and what they've crafted at Noble BBQ. Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating to my food preferences
Delicious food, great drinks, and no pretense. The ribs fell off the bone and were well complemented by the bbq sauce. The chopped pork exceeded expectations. The grilled cornbread and honey butter was a pleasant surprise. Everyone in our party of four can't wait to come back to try the rest of the menu.Food: 5/5
I have been here a few times and they are the best BBQ I have had on a long time. The flavor of the brisket is fantastic. I split the Ruben and the Brisket sandwich with someone. The corned beef is the best corned beef I have ever had. I would have gone with slightly less craut and sauce to let the corned beef shine through.Food: 5/5
Brisket is to die for. Fork tender just the right amount of smoke. Recommended 1lbs plate to split. Just enough for two. Great ambience and staff very nice and accommodating. Chocolate turtle cheese cake rounded off the night. We'll be back. Adding to our favorites list.
I’m so glad we found Noble! My daughter and I had a craving for real BBQ, and she suggested Noble! I love it, it reminds me so much of BBQ places I have been to when we lived in the south. She got the brisket plate and I got the pork plate. We tried each others food, and both were off- the - hook! Moist, delicious and flavorful! Both came with the absolutely most amazing corn bread, delish house made pickled veggies… and hand cut fries! I love that it’s not fancy in there. It’s just a good BBQ joint, with a nice beer selection, easy parking, super cool, staff, and rock ‘n’ roll playing! What’s not to love about that!? I’m sorry I didn’t take take photos to show you, I was too busy enjoying myself! Let’s keep this place open! Portland needs good barbecue like this. Parking: Easy to get in and out of lot! Plenty of parking!
Usually we get take out from Noble, but this time we opted to eat there. Great food and service as always. Their fried chicken is so fricking good, tender and delicious. Inside dining is a little small but there's space outside in the back as well. For parking there's a small area in front. Menu fits on one page and the food is so worth it. A number of local beers on tap. I'm thrilled to live walking distance from Noble's. FYI- before you go, check their Facebook page because they'll sometimes close for private events. Parking: There is a small ish area in front to park. Usually you can find a space though. There are side streets nearby you can use if the lot is full.
Nice atmosphere, great vibe. It reminded me of a place where they would know your name and be glad you came. Service was great fast and delicious food. If you a trucker, bobtail yourself over there and get some good food. Portions are nice.
I haven't seen such fatty pastrami since my junior high school cafeteria. At those prices, they should trim it. The sides were okay. There are better local options, in my opinion.Food: 3/5
We have been here twice recently. Very good. Food and service are wonderful!. Small detail: the corn muffins are AMAZING.Food: 5/5
Absolutely great food hands down. Go spend some money here and support their efforts. Great beer selection as well. Drove an hour to eat here and it was worth itFood: 5/5
