NOLA Tropical Winery

Now if you ever visit the Riverwalk Mall in NOLA you GOTTA go to NOLA Tropical Winery! I go almost every time I visit and they don’t disappoint. They have bottles that are hard for me to find anywhere else along with their own stuff. The Category 5, Hurricane Katrina, and Nawlins watermelon were some stand-ours for me. They also have an awesome dragonfruit wine. They offer free tastings of any bottle they have and have wine slushes! they have a take-home mix for this too. Additionally, the ladies in there are super friendly and helpful. I felt like I walked in and started talking to my aunties and cousins! They let us taste like three or four absolutely delicious wines before we made a purchase. Easily one of my favorite places to shop in NOLA Business District

Great place to sample local New Orleans wine. Bottles are also sold here. I highly recommend checking this place out.

We absolutely enjoyed Tropical Winery!! Here are the highlights: •Walk-in ready wine tasting! You don't need to schedule a tasting. •Affordable wine •They offer shipping •They make "Wine Smoothies!" I wouldn't personally call it a smoothie because it reminds me of a slushie •The staff is super nice and knowledgeable!! We had our tasting with Robert and he was pretty cool considering that it was 6 of us. •You gotta try the Peach Wine!!!!

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the assortment of specialty wines they have. The location has been neat and tidy on the two occasions that my husband and I have gone. I have to say that the best part of visiting Nola Tropical Winery is the tastings! We will definitely be going back on our next trip to New Orleans!

The employees are very professional and very knowledgeable on all wines. We Came from Virginia and California for vacation and we found them at in the outlet and they shipped bottles of wine straight to Virginia. We recommend this winery to all vacationers coming to New Orleans. The wine tasting is the best.

Great place. Very helpful staff. Love the ability to taste anything in the store before purchasing. The selection is a bit limited and most wines available are pretty sweet. But if your into Sweet and/or Desert wines it's a fantastic place.

Hanna was amazing. She greeted us promptly and was knowledgeable about the wine. We bought more wine than we expected to. We just enjoyed them all. Will definitely recommend.

They give out a lot of free samples, which is cool. However they do not let you leave. I kept getting poured samples after repeatedly saying that I had enough and telling her I had somewhere to be and being told I had to buy wine or a cup of frozen wine, and this was AFTER I gave a good tip. I said well I guess I’ll take a small cup, but the lady says she doesn’t pour small ones, only large. So I said whatever, then she starts pouring two one for my wife after I said I would take one. Free samples were great, wine was good, just don’t go in expecting to sample and leave, they don’t let you leave period.

Sooo delicious on a not sunny day while we visited NoLa this weekend. The mango Chardonnay was smooth and fruity. PLEASE try it when you visit!
