I've eaten at your restaurant several times and have been pleased with the food and service. Today I was majorly disappointed with both. First of all I'm not one that complains but today I'm writing because I was treated like a a second classed citizen! I ordered the chicken wings and papaya salad. The chicken wings were bloody. I quietly brought this to Jonathan "Owner's" attention being there were other customers in the restaurant at the time. He proceeded to tell me that they were smoked or something and the temperature was 400 degrees. I beg to differ because if that were the case, the chicken would have been too "cooked" and burnt not bloody! I waited around for a minute and opened up another wing...no surprise, it was even more bloodier. Jonathan never brought me my check so I went to the counter and quietly explained that I couldn't eat the rest because it was raw. He then had the audacity to tell me he wasn't going to argue with me. Heck, I was calm and was not arguing. He then tells me he will not charge me for the rice. What a freakin' joke. Just for the record, every Thai Restaurant that I've ever eaten at the rice always came with the papaya salad. I told him that I wan't trying to get a discount on the food, I just wanted him to be aware of the RAW chicken. I guess I shouldn't feel bad about not leaving a tip. This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. I will not be back and nor will my friends or family come to this restaurant! What a shame.. SMH in disgust!
amazing amazing amazing food and staff plus they have the cheapest beer and wine in town with a huge selectiobn of beer..and also theya re open late nights thur through Saturday night till 2am with live music and late night menu the owners treat us as family and weirdly share are last name lol anyway don't miss your chance to try this amazing thai and seafood!!!
Wow, what a experience! The owner, tried to sale me heroin. And, I just meet him! Unbelievable! My advice, stay away, unless ur into drugs.
