Norcross Pediatric Clinic

Not coming back again. Very long wait in front and in the waiting room. The doctor came in first then later the assistant when normally it’s the opposite. The doctor so unprofessional, She did not put effort in what she was doing with my child. I really don’t recommend this place to anyone!.

To be honest...it's not the worst pediatric I've been to. They DO make you wait for a VERY LONG TIME. If you come here because your child is sick, they will only give you ibuprofen and stay that your child has a small fever. It's not the worst but it could be better

Its sad to say how bad this place is now i remember my mother bringing me here as a kid. I started bringing my 2 daughters here as well but its just crazy how much they make you wait. You could sit in the waiting area for 2-3 hrs before being put in a room then thats an additional hour you have to wait just so you could be seen by the provider in less than 5 minutes. Let me not even get started on the starr front desk girl is so unprofessional has an attitude I understand it might be frustrating having all them patients asking how much longer but I honestly think they should have a scheduling system because all hose walk ins is just ridiculous you might as well be prepared to be there all day. Oh and they never pick up the phone.

If I could I would really put zero stars on this. I DONT recommend this pediatric at all! Very very bad front desk service, the lady’s have such a bad attitude and they never pick up the phone. The new nurse practitioner which I believe her name is “Germaine”, she’s very rude! As a child who has to translate for her own parents who aren’t fluent English speakers, she had an attitude when I asked for a translator so my mom could understand her. I also had to tell her myself that a medication she prescribed me had worsen my sickness situation and she had become very mad and raised her voice at me. Mind you I never disrespected her or worded my phrase in a bad way to offend her.

This place is horrible! Do not waste your time taking your child to this clinic. I took my daughter here and they made me wait 4 hours! And I can understand that they get busy, but to then misdiagnose her for allergies when my poor child had an infection is unacceptable. I had to get a second opinion because the doctor did not even check her breathing, Don't waste your time, they clearly do not care! This job to them is literally jus a paycheck.

The doctors in the back are really good and caring. The problem with this clinic is their front desk receptionist. They take way to long to answer the phone or just leave me on hold and never answer. They have hung up on me too. I have worked as a receptionist before and the job is not that hard the ladies in front just are rude and unprofessional. I take my son with in and have an appointment scheduled i arrive 20 minutes before my appointment and have to just sit there for an hour and remind them im there and with an appointment.

I've been taking my kids since they were born and I love the care I receive from the doctor. However the new girls at the front desk are incompetent and extremely unprofessional. I have to call over 10times to even get an answer on the phone and when they finally answer they put me on hold and then hang up.

My kids all four have been here since 2005. Dr. Hguin is a great doctor. The office staff changes from time to time they are really unprofessional. The worst experience i have had there is with the nurse practitioner. I caught her mistreating Dr. Hguin. The black nurse prActitioner she is very abusive. She should not be allowed to work with childen.She was a walkinging into her job on the phone staying i have to go iam here with all these damn kids. Also caught her 2 argueing with doctor hguin. An being very rude an nasty toward her.

I waited a very long wait time, just for the black lady to not even properly examine my child, I was curious and looked her up and found out she has been charged in the past for cruelty to children 1st degree.How is she able to work with kids?We should all be careful of who we trust our kids with.

My daughter is a new patient. They only take new patients as walk-ins which was fine because they did move fairly quickly. They have two separate sides for the waiting area but there is still not much room. I feel like the medical assistants might need more training. They called my daughter's name from behind the desk. When I got up I didn't see who called her name or where they went. You are atleast supposed to say follw me this way or come out of the door so I know where to go. When I was in school they taugh us to talk with the patient and the parent. She never even addressed me only my daughter. Then she asked my daughter to come with her to take her hearing and vision. As I'm getting my things together to follow her, I look up and they are no where in site. I'm asking if the staff if they have seen her. Then someone told me she was in room 5 with the door closed. You don't do stuff like that. You just don't. She was just a little rude. She never said the doctor will be in shortly or anything just shut the door. The doctor is Very good though. Love her.
