Nordon Drugs

Been using this pharmacy for years. Then OnPoint took over and not the same service as previous owners. Wrong amount of pills privided on at least 2 occasions. Orders never ready on-time. Delivered items to my house without notifying me. Charged my card for a renewal that i never ordered. They recieved RX from doctors on 2/1 late so i figured ill give them til 2/2 in morning. Called at 1100am not ready blamed the doctor which turned out to be them not doctor. Then told order was a problem. Went at 200pm told things are not availablle til 5pm. Would call back @5pm. No call back. I like the small service drug store, but they need to get orders ready as soon as possible. I would go to doctor and order would be ready 30 mins later by old owners who worked really hard. I dont know what problem is, not enough employees, products not available and just the lack of getting things done. The previous owners had more clientele and im sure they dont have the same amount and cant manage.

I am always grateful for the time, talent and caring of each person I am pleased yo Interact with at OnPoint!! I will never go anywhere else!! Bravo!

Staff and Pharmacist are very friendly and patient. I didn't even feel my flu shot this year. Thank you!

Excellent local pharmacy right in our backyard. The pharmacist is amazing. Makes you feel super comfortable. Took my 13y/o daughter for her COVID Shot. Everything was seamless, from scheduling to getting the actual shot. Highly recommend!

I was fed up with my usual big box pharmacy. My daughter needed flavor added to her medicine. I called them up and they answered the phone quickly with no wait time and the person on the other line was friendly and answered my question promptly. I then went to them to pick up the script and my kids had fallen asleep. I quickly ran in to see if it was available and there was a wait I asked if they would be willing to call me as my kids fell asleep in the car. They one up’d me and the pharmacist himself told me to wait in the car and that someone will bring me the medication. I can’t say thank you enough and how grateful I am of that gesture! I will continue to use them going forward : can’t get this type of customer service just anywhere!

Arrived 5:59pm with a toddler in arms, trying to buy an over the counter stomach pill. Clerk kicked us with 'I am closing, there is a CVS nearby'. No wonder local shops are going out of business!

This is MY hometown drug store. Good old neighborhood drug store. They always have everything I need. Filled all my Rx since 1980.

Wish more pharmacies were like this, very personal, knows their customers and on top of their meds

Good selection, have merchandise that you can't get in the bigger stores, staff is friendly and knowledgeable
