Village Juice Garden, Malverne

Came here for the first time yesterday. The workers were very welcoming and helpful with the menu. I picked out an açaí bowl and I swear by it, this was the freshest açaí bowl I’ve ever had! It was delicious and sweet and I can’t wait to come back and try some of their juices as well as quesadillas, cauliflower pizza, and more!

I've been a long time customer and lately the customer service is horrible but I continued to patronize the business. Yesterday I ordered a large almond joy and it wasn't good at all. The young lady was on the phone with her mother and totally ruined my drink. I know it was her mother because she said something and I thought she was talking to me but she pointed to her ear buds and said she's talking to her mom. She appeared to be having a bad day and her demeanor was very dry ,uninterested and distracted with her phone call which is why my almond joy smoothie tasted like watered down peanut butter and no chocolate flavor. I left super disappointed. To remedy this issue I'd really like to come back and have the smoothie made correctly or I'd like a full refund.

Fresh juice...delicious and healthy! Lots of juice combinations. Owner is so nice and the place is really clean and cute inside. There is metered parking outside 25 cents for 30 minutes in case you want to sit down inside. Friendly....good healthy food...delicious fresh juices.

Excited to finally have a local Juice Bar in the community!!!! It is so hard to find places to eat the can accommodate all dietary restrictions. I've got to be careful with added preservatives and hidden ingredients. Everything is fresh and their staff is more than willing to share ingredients and product labels with you- even better that I can watch them make it! Juicing takes TIME ! I've been here twice and it's totally worth the wait when you have such a pleasant staff. They're new so I'm looking forward to seeing what other options they'll add in the future!

oh my GAHD. this spot is like my favorite album. literally everything on the menu is a HIT. Food. Drink. EVERYTHING. clean af. amazing vibes. The owner, Yma, is the definition of class. can’t say enough about how great this place is. much needed in the area.

We were very excited to see that your shop was open until 3pm today. We arrived at 2:40 PM and thought we were greeted by the person behind the counter so we greeted them. We browsed the menus and when we went to order we were told " I told you three times we were closed." When we apologized saying we didn't hear him he said well we are closed. Very upsetting as the door was unlocked, there were people behind the counter, we greeted everyone hello and browsed the menu without being told anything. It wasn't even 3pm.

In the year 2022, we rely a lot on digital information. It is solely the responsibility of a business to maintain correct information. The business hours listed here says that the shop closes at 4pm on Saturday and if that’s not the case, it should be updated and reflected. Drove 20 mins to get here, arrived at 2:25pm and walked in, only to be told that the shop was closed. Extremely disappointed in this experience.

Really excellent joint with fresh food and stellar customer service. A great local choice for healthy foods. Smoothies and juices are excellent but the avocado and other toast varieties are delicious as well. They also serve soup and chili, though I haven't had the opportunity to try them yet.

So glad to have stumbled across this place. The carrot cake smoothie is my favorite! Always delicious! Clean place, the owner is always very helpful and sweet. My favorite place for smoothies!
