Nordstrom Rack had a great assortment of suits and jackets for me to choose from and I was able to find some things I really liked. I am grateful for the store because I hadn’t been able to shop at one since we left Denver. If you’re interested in name brands at bargain prices, I highly recommend you visiting Nordstrom Rack.
I like that the store is good in the area. I was a little disappointed because it didn't have what I saw on line that said it had and some of the merchandise was picked over and on the floor. I left and went to another store. I would rather go to the bigger Nordstrom store and pay extra for better quality and quantity. It might be good for some people to shop the rack but not for me.
I've only been once, but it was a pleasant experience. The store is clean and the changing rooms have some very cute little hooks for stuff you love and don't love so you're not shoving everything on the same rack after trying them on. Their racks are very orderly and the sizes are very well marked so it's really easy to find exactly what you're looking for. Plus, they have a "clear the rack" sale every once in a while, so if you go then you can save some more extra money which is always a plus in my book. So all in all, based on my experience, I'd say this is a great location to shop at.
Ventured here for the fIrst time tonight as Nordstrom Racks typically have great deals and markdowns. Had great winter coats on sale under $70 too. Browsed through the clearance shoe section and still found some shoes still a bit pricey even when the price is marked for clearance. This place has really clean bathrooms - so that was a plus! And the bathroom also offers disposable seat covers! Which is kind of rare in Utah - I don’t know why every public place does NOT offer disposable seat covers - this should be a law! In California every public place offers disposable seat covers. I did find a couple of pairs of shoes here that I really liked, but still was a bit steep in price. There was also a dress jumpsuit in the clearance section - one medium and one XL. The medium one had a price of $11.98 and the XL had a price of $$20.98. I asked an associate to see if they are the same price, as they are both the same dresses. Usually when this happens in a does a department store, they honor the lower price so when the associate came back, she stated that someone placed the wrong price on the lower priced tag, meaning both dresses were supposed to be $20.98 each. I don’t know if that’s a store mistake or they were blaming a random customer, but it just gave me an impression that they don’t run a tight ship.
Bought some shoes and they didn’t have a tag. The sales lady put a new tag on them and charged me 15$ more than they cost. I told her and she told me I was wrong because this pair was a specialty shoe. I showed her the same pair in a different color and she still insisted they were more. So I drove to the Sandy store and they had the shoes that I got for the price I said they were. Just had to go back and return the ones I bought in Orem. But huge waste of my time and that’s basically stealing from a customer.

Great store to go and spend lots of time there. They have good deals I bought a Calvin Klein glasses for 15$ the original was 90$. Also I bought a Adidas shirt really nice for only 12$. My wife like to buy lots of things as well.
Below average store , prices are higher than Ross and Tj max but lower than mall prices barley, small store with limited selection and low inventory . Don’t believe the signs that say a certain price and under , it’s all mixed up and they don’t honor the signs even if the merchandise is in the wrong place. The location is clean but a bit disorganized .
This location has the best items. The place is very well organized and clean.
Alight store and the staff is great but selection was very limited in style for clothes. There was a awesome selection of shoes to choose from.
