The staff is very rude! They also charge you for office visits instead of a physical, that the appointment is for. That means you will have an unknown co payment sent to you. Very unprofessional! Please don’t waste your time! We are the customers, we keep them employed! They treat you as if they are the only practice around!
Horrible experience here. Needed physicals for my kids. Baby had blood taken. The nurse poked my 2 year okd kid several times and could not find the vain. They are very rude here. Also the woman who put my sons vaccines held him down on the table and forced it. Horrible experience . Will not go back. Will find real pediatrician , people suited to handle children….also had blood work done 3 months ago. Still have not heard anything about the results. Won’t even bother at this point.
So I had my blood work appt for 10:20. After waiting for 15 mins I went to the front desk to ask how long was it going to be. Another front desk interrupted and started yelling that we have no control over blood work appts. I told them I am into health care and I had pts scheduled for me. After sometime another lady at the front apologized and explained that blood work employee works through sturdy and I can report to the sturdy. I was taken after 30 mins from my appt time. And not to forget I came all the way from Hopkinton and I had to reschedule my pt at 11. Very very very disappointed with the behavior. The blood work lady didn’t apologize either for bring me in late as if it was very normal for her.
I have always had excellent care and wonderful service from staff here. Dr. O'Neil is wise, responsive, and goes above and beyond with referrals or whatever follow-up is required. The flexibility to also get urgent care in Plainville or at Sturdy Hospital is a bonus. I have nothing but praise for this practice and staff.
I have never been to this office before, however, I did already have my doctor and I was ready to make an appointment. When I informed the receptionist that I have never been here before, she rudely interrupted me and said we aren’t taking any new patients. I politely said that I have already had my doctor for this office and that I was all set to just make an appointment. She proceeds to cut me off again and goes yup nope not taking anyone and hung right up on me before so could speak. I felt like that was very unprofessional on there part, and they could of at least explained to me when they will be taking new patients. I am happy to say that I will not be going to place.
I have been a patient at the North Attleboro Medical Center for about 15 years. I used to love this office and have recommended it many times to friends. Yesterday I had an experience that has ended my relationship and trust in this office. I was having an issue with getting a prescription refill for birth control. I called the office to see if I could speak to someone that could help me find a solution to help me for a 1 month supply of a medication that they have prescribed to me my entire tenure with them. I was in between insurances and trying to hold off with an office visit until my new insurance became effective next month. The member of their staff that I spoke with - Judith - treated me in a manner that I have never been treated in by a medical professional. Judith's tone with me was hostile & sarcastic. The way that she treated me was as if I was trying to manipulate the system and lying.... over birth control? I did not receive one once of empathy or care from Judith over the phone. I was repeatedly cut off by her and she clearly did not want to listen to me or help me find a solution to my issue. Her behavior to me was not "care". At no point in the call did I match Judith's hostility towards me, and I tried to express that I didn't understand why she was speaking to me the way that she was. Her answer to that was to become more sarcastic with me. No patient should ever be spoken to the way that I was spoken to yesterday for calling their doctor's office and asking for help with a solution. This is not ok. The only reason that I have given a 2 star rating is because for many years, I did receive great care from the Doctor's and Nurses that I previously dealt with. But if Judith represents what this office has become, then my review of their current state is 0 stars.
I've been going to Dr. Rana for about 12 years. Moved to RI and still go here. He's very patient, listens, does not rush. I've had the same phlebotomist here too since I started going. We chat like old friends. It's nice they don't have ever changing staff like a lot of places.
Dr. Rana is an amazing physician. He’s made me feel very comfortable over the years. He doesn’t condescend or talk down to me as a patient like I’ve experienced at other offices. When we have our appointments, I feel like I am catching up with an old friend..about extremely personal medical topics. The PAs and NPs are always a delight and I’m genuinely happy to come to my appointments for the pleasant interactions. Sometimes it’s difficult to get through to the office if they are busy on the phones but other than that, this place is great.
I’ve been coming here for a couple of years. I have never experienced the issues others here say they’re having. I will point out that Covid does make things take longer. Most healthcare offices are actively seeking help but there are less potential employees again due to Covid. Everyone I’ve encountered here looks to be doing the best they can. I am aware they need to take lunch and the callers ahead of me come first so maybe some people complaining need to understand they aren’t more special than anyone else.
They don’t care about a patient’s here they only care about proper mask wearing !!I call it Covid detraingment syndrome I came in here for a simple physical and was harassed!! Then they tried to upsell on me a third Covid shot ??really? The first two didn’t work why would I get another??
