We volunteered for the annual turkey drive they have yearly but the amount of work everyone does here is absolutely amazing! If you are struggling don’t hesitate to reach out to them. Everyone was so helpful and friendly
North County Food Bank is run by the kindest people I know. They came to my rescue with food! never in my life did I experience fear; when you realize you have no food and don’t know where your next meal is coming from. God bless North County Food Bank!
I go to the food bank. I've never been to the juice place, i passed by. I don't know why this shows i was there. And if i go to Starbucks it's because my daughter treats me. So don't think I'm taking advantage of the "system" lol. When i go to to Nordstroms Rack, i don't exede $25. I'm a Jehovah's Witness and i need to look proper, but im also super frugal. Just in case anyone wants to judge the places I've "been" and actually go to.

Great organization I would recommend this place for community service hours or just a fun place in san diego to get some volunteer work in. Really enjoyed my time. I have back problems and they were willing to work with me and assigned me doing other tasks that wasnt so physical.
They supplement food staples that help get you through the month. They always have something different. I take my neighbor so she can have fresh fruit and bread. Sometimes they have dairy. She is old school and will eat canned meat and packaged foods. Frozen fish sticks and chili in a bag. The volunteers are very helpful and courteous.
I absolutely love volunteering at NCFB! Incredibly organized, super positive people and gracious community.
Good Bank helps allot of people that are down on their luck. They have a fantastic group managing and operating the warehouse. It is kelp extremely clean and organized. You should volunteer to help out for a few hours. Or donate some canned goods etc.
Just moved to a new house and after all our moving expenses and bills we had $9 left to live off of until next paycheck. Came to the food bank and they were so friendly. COVID-19 safe place to go. Everyone wears masks to drop food in your trunk. Gave us a ton of canned goods, apples, onions, potatoes, bread, a gallon of milk, cheese, sour cream, and meats! So grateful to everyone who contributed to helping put food on our table. No more going to work without eating!
My fiance and I have been struggling, we've been paying bills fine but had no groceries. I looked on google and it's reviews and it is the best place! Even referred someone else to go there! Killer! This is definitely my go to spot!!!! Thank you North County Food Bank!!!!!
