At North Fork Fun & Fitness Studio, we’re focused on providing high-quality fitness instruction. We offer a variety of fitness classes for any age level and fitness ability.
Our adult Pilates classes will help you lengthen and strengthen your major muscle groups, and our Step classes will increase your endurance! We also offer Body Sculpt, Cardio KickBoxing, and Yoga classes for adults. Our open playtime for kids is the perfect way to give your child moving, and we also host children’s birthday parties for kids 1-6 years old!
