Great customer service! I came in for my appointment in time signed in and my son was seen 2 minutes later!!! Everyone was very professional during the visit. Dr. Echols and Ms. Kim were very polite and informative when explaining care. This is a great fit for my family! I love the fact that they respect your time!
The staff at the office are amazing. I first used the office for my son's braces and then mine. Had to return 10 years later for my braces again. Retainers are your friend. Dr. Echols is amazing!
Dr. Echols and his staff are the most wonderful people that you could ever meet at every treatment that I had with them they were very nice and kind to me . Dr. Echols made sure he explained everything to me before my treatment and he asked made sure that I was satisfied at the end of my treatment. Mrs. Terry the office manager is the best Also .Once you meet them they will become like family.

Here at the North Georgia Orthodontic, the people here are very wonderful. They have took great care of me, since my very first day of me getting my braces. The whole Staff/Crew. I recommend! The entire staff is so professional. They are always prompt and on time. They really take in account of your personal time, so they are effectively trying to get you in and out. I wish I could remember everyone's name there to give a personal review of each employee. Mrs. Terri and the entire office staff is remarkable. Dr. Echols is a blessed man to have such a wonderful staff. From the time you walk in the door until you walk out, you are treated with the utmost respect. Lithonia is my primary office, but I have had the pleasure of visiting each of the other office and the professionalism is exuberant at each facility.
